Your prices aren't low enough not to have a fitting room. Disinfect and let people try clothes on...sometimes returning to a store for an exchange in a timely manner isn't possible.
I'm pretty sure corporate doesn't care and it's all about money but something had to be said.

I came to this store to shop for a bag for an event. One of the employees was very helpful getting various bags for me and my mom to look at. My mom purchased 2 bags and I bought a few fun items. As we were leaving the store a woman runs after my mom and harasses her with questions about a previous bag she looked at but did not purchase. The un-purchased bag was in the front of the store in clear sight. If you’re going to follow people around in the store, you should at least pay closer attention to not harass customers for no reason.

No dressing rooms after covid is the downfall of this store. Hard to commit to a purchase without knowing if it fits.

I came in with a friend to look for a dress. Once we walked in one of the workers was by the door watching a customer. She then tells I’m Tagalog “ keep an eye on those two at the corner “ another costumer wanted to show a dress to her partner but he happened to be outside and she happened to step right where you exit out and the security beeped so one of the workers rushed and asked “ do you need help” there were 3 workers , short and all 3 were Filipinas the customers that they were keeping an eye on were black , all of them besides my friend and I who happened to be a different skin color. Me, as a Filipina I am ashamed for their actions and it is very unacceptable.

customer service isn’t great, plus their registers literally don’t work. I tried purchasing a pair of jeans and it was taking forever to process my payment then the girl working said she “declined my payment” then said it was cause my card declined. my card didn’t even decline because I get a notification sent to my phone when payments decline and that didn’t happen. plus she said verbatim she declined my payment on her end instead of waiting for it to process. then she said there was nothing I could do and I left empty handed, I couldn’t even pay cash either apparently.
