It’s a FCFS starts frm 2am. Good place to deliver….10 trucks free parking and they will let you deliver on 13 to 16 doors….come out and take ur paperwork and bring it back after unloading.

The advice in another review to take Washington to A St in spite of what your GPS says was spot-on. My Garmin won't take me that way, but Google does. Gate is on A Street.The call box at the gate takes you to a phone tree, which is no more a PITA than any other phone tree. Once you get through the phone tree, staff were quick to answer.I arrived before 0430. When I checked in at the office, it took a few minutes for someone to get there, but no big deal. The waiting area at the check-in window is refrigerated, so be prepared for that.I had 3 pallets to deliver, was done before 0600. Good experience here.

Don't like this place I busted a month flap the last time backing into that parking spot on the right They don't answer the call Box right away so call the phone number on the GPS app Most likely someone will answer and open the gate I always unload on doc 2 Get Unloaded quickly.. Vagrants sleeping in the area not a safe place to spend the night..

Absolutely disgusting place to deliver, They have no idea what they doing I checked in 3:30 am and a guy gave me door 2 and then at 6’o clock a guy came and told me to move my truck and told me to back up at any other door, now I’m waiting with open trailer for othera to finish so that I can back up at any door.

1 star for now cause it's confusing like I'm the only truck here. Delivering 1 pallet to Outwest Meat let see how really bad the reviews here. Is it true? Wanna find it myself. Nice view though from parking lot.

Over night Parking outside the gate call after 330am pulled right in was in and out in less than a hour no restrooms and when done can park outside the gate again

Very slow to unload. 6 hours and counting. Nobody knows what's going on. There is overnight parking. Walk to Las Vegas strip.

I posted this review on Trucker Path, too, but hopefully Outwest will see it here.I'd give zero stars if possible because of such a negative experience. Avoid this place if you can. If you think that you have an appointment, think again. According to the lady in the office (located between doors 20-21), this is a first come, first "served" facility. Even so, I arrived at 0445 and no other driver was here. At 0740, I was still waiting to be unloaded despite 2 visits to the office to inquire about the delay. 2 other drivers have come and gone while I sit here.Info for drivers:Enter from Washington and A Street regardless of what GPS says. The gate is closed so you have to use a call box. Hopefully, someone will answer.Outwest doors are located just past 2nd gate. I didn't see the receiving office right away but a guy opened a dock door and had me back into 15. He also took my bills. You'll have room to back as long as employees aren't parked in the area facing the doors. It gets tight if they do. My appointment was at 0500 and lot was clear but employees started showing up and parking right in front of doors 14-16. If I worked here, I'd park somewhere else to avoid a potential encounter with a big truck. Management should tell employees to park on the other side to give drivers more room. It won't kill employees to walk an extra 25 yds.Stay away from this place if you value your time. No one at the gate, you're at the mercy of a call box, poor signage, disregard for drivers' time, poor treatment of drivers. People wonder why there is a shortage of drivers and/or high turnover rate. Facilities like this and trucking companies that treat drivers so badly are prime suspects.

10-25-22 appt at 4am was TERRIBLE.1st they don't answer the call box to pass the gate,been in front of the gate for 30 minutes so don't be surprised, Outwest Meat Company only has 3 doors for outside carriers which was occupied for other trucks and you have to wait till any goes out...They don't give s**t if you have other appointments....Be patient and relax just let the brocker know...That's my advice for this place.

They only use 3 docks 14-16 Not a bad place plenty of room. Take Washington exit to A street do not pass or take gps directions unless you want to sight see Vegas. Warning LOW CLEARANCE 13.10 on W BONANZA

Entrance is on Washington Ave, not Bonanza. Overnight parking outside of gate and inside. Nice view of the city from parking area. In for 3am appointment at 2:45 and done by 4:00. Lots of room to maneuver and easy delivery.

Was assigned an arrival window of 0500-1200, I assume that means FCFS. Arrived at 0920 was immediately given a door, unloading began at 0947.Everyone was incredibly nice.When you arrive you may have to call the number posted on gate to have them let you in, once in gate follow around to the right side of the building you will see receiving door in the corner. Take in a paperwork and you are good to go! Overnight parking appears to be available outside of the gate. I did not see any restrooms available to drivers.
