Brought my 23’ Chrysler voyager in to switch out the auxiliary battery. Gentleman helped me switch it out also showed me what had to be done in the future if it happens again. Super nice and helpful. Thanks guys! ?

Love this place always go to this place to get whatever I need for my car and if they don't have it they can tell me what place that do have it and I can order it and pay for it and pick it up and it's there I went for a overflow water cap and they were able to order it from another store and it was delivered there

I called the store to get a quote on a battery and the warranty information. The first call I made someone picked said hello and when I started asking questions they hung up on me. I called back and person I spoke with was Eddie. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the only one on dutie. O’Reilly you have just a customer. I did not deserve this treatment.

Dishonest sales tactics. Stay Away! Took a couple rotors in to get turned and the guy behind the counter was not forthcoming with the measurements of my rotors and the minimum safe amount for them to get turned. Repeated to me multiple times that it wouldn’t be safe to turn them and that he would recommend getting new ones. My rotors were at .98 and the minimum was under .90. Felt like I was getting lied too, so I got a second opinion and even googled it, which said most passed only take off .02 each pass. Other place (another Oreillys up the street matter of fact) said that the rotors had plenty of space to be turned.Returned the new rotors back to the same salesman and when confronted with it he said, “hey man, I didn’t put a gun to your head to do it”.Pretty scummy and I would not recommend this location.
