A few people warned me not to go here but I decided to give them a chance and they proved the nay sayers right. Poor customer service, poor communication, and long turnaround time. Las Vegas Tactical is way better.

I came here for a uniform for my organization. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had some pants altered and they came out perfectly. Great people and great results.

Saw a gun on line $365.00 get to store its $435.00. Whats the deal? girl says if you buy it on line its the same price with shipping. I said $80.00 in shipping. She said I m not sure thats what they told me. Ya. Went some where else to spend my money.

Came in earlier today with my friend to potentially buy myself a firearm and see what they had in stock which wasn't much but a couple of guns, walked in and a younger lady was at the counter and was busy doing something no worries we all have busy days at work, we're browsing around and I can feel eyes looking at what me and my friend were browsing at like a hawk, I turn around and catch her staring as much observing as she was doing you would've think she'd try to up-sale a customer, or say if you have any questions let me know. I had to walk up to her and ask if she had the new 15 round extended magazine for a Glock she then looks at me as if I told her to give me all the money in the drawer and responded back "why do you need a 15 round magazine, what need do you need that for!!" I then told her well why have a gun on your hip and be in gun sales if you're just going to criticize plus I have a CCW I can do as I please as long as I'm in my legal right to do so in my city, when did Nevada Tactical or any store here in Nevada have a round capacity limit I'm sorry is this California??? She then pulls a random magazine off the wall rolls her eyes and says "here look at it and see what it says" then tosses it on the counter, it was clearly a 10 round magazine all that could've been just a simple yes or no. My problem is if you're going to get alarmed because I asked if you carried a 15 round magazine and believe there's malicious intent behind it then don't sell guns and gun accessories there's a difference between using good observation to sell a certain product to someone and then there's being an ass and offensive. If you're mad before work and want to take it out on folks that want to spend money at your store then don't clock in simple as that stay home. I would've loved to of done business with this place being it's up the street from me but my first time here me and my friend definitely did not feel welcomed, take your business to Ventura Munitions cheaper prices and nicer people that actually take the time to explain things.

Went in for some ammo and had great conversation with the staff who were knowledgeable but they didn't make me feel dumb. I'm not local but I'd come back if I was, a memorable stop!

The staff was very friendly and the store manager upon hearing that I wanted to purchase an item on their store website for the pricing, stepped out and went out of his way to match the price for me on the item, right on the spot. He saved me the effort of having to wait for it to be shipped by matching it to the same item he had on the floor, now that's customer service.

Love this place! The girls there are super funny and very friendly. Always a great time! Will always bring my business here. They have a great selection and the service is top tier. Even when I dont purchase anything it's just a great time everytime I walk in.

Decided it was time for a small 9mm found a Glock 43 and a cleaning kit. They were able to sell me 2 boxes of Ammo. Background check went through quickly. Treated like family. Will be back.Thank you.
