Every time they charge more expensive, sometimes one price and sometimes others in the same parts charging two dollars for the entrance, that is not a problem but the prices for some things are expensive.

Before telling the price, you will be evaluated and then they will tell you the price. A used thing is worth more than a new one, the choice of cars is large, the service and maintenance flies into the abyss. The owners of this establishment need to pay attention to the work of the staff...

I wanted to buy two power windows for my 2003 Honda Civic. I found what I needed, went to the store, and was quoted $103 for two. On eBay, a new one costs $29. When you tell them that, they say that's the price. I would not advise anyone I know to deal with them.

I was very surprised by the prices of a 2-piece window lifter for a 2003 Honda Civic - $100, you guys are taking the prices off the ceiling, despite the fact that I removed them myself, you can order new ones on Amazon with delivery and warranty for 80. Here is a very strange estimate of spare parts for some it can be very cheap, but for others the price is exorbitant. In general, if you need a standard part that can be found on the Internet, do not waste your time here.

Alright. Except for the fact that they don’t follow their own pricing policies at this location.
Example 1) went in and purchased an interior window seal. No warranty. $7. When I got home I realized it was the wrong one, so I went back and found the correct window seal. This time cost me $3.
Example 2) I went in and got 2 rear trailing arms for a Honda civic. According to their website trailing arms should cost $12.94. Wound up costing me $22 a piece and were billed as “bracket.”
Example 3) went and got a complete set of taillights for my Honda civic. 4 total lenses. Wound up costing me $77 bucks. I told the dude I could buy a brand new set for that. He shrugs and says the price is the price. Without trying to help me in anyway. I’m sure there is a way to make my purchase cost a little less than brand new?
I won’t be coming back to this location after the experience I had today. I drive out there to the tune of 15 miles one way, I found what I thought was the part I needed. A front knuckle for a civic, get home and compare some numbers and find out that it isn’t the part I need so I drive back out there, find the knuckle I need, but I can’t get the old crusty rotor off, so the dude helping me says it’s going to be $40 for JUST THE ROTOR. A USED, CRUSTY AND RUSTY ROTOR. I’m sorry but you can find brand new rotors for half that. And what are you going to do with the rotor that I finally got off with the help of a gentleman who had his impact screw driver with him? Throw it in the scrap bin and sell it for weight? Why couldn’t you just let me walk out with the .50 cents of steel after buying a $44 piece that it attaches to? After 60 miles of driving back and forth today, and all of my other experiences out there, I can confidently say that the people in the windows get paid by commission. Avoid the Latin gentleman with the mole on his lip, as he LOVES to price gouge and has been the one who *I* felt overcharged by on each of the three examples I listed above.
Also the 100% price increase for entry?
I am going to start trying my luck at the Henderson location.

Every time I come here the prices go up and up and up. Owners are getting too greedy and this pic a part is no longer an affordable option for the residents of Las Vegas.

They really go overboard with the prices... they want to give you everything as if it were new, I know it's a junk yard but they go overboard with the prices... it's better to buy it new ALV

They used to be kind of shady a few years back ! However now they are much more helpfull, freindly and much more professional. They must have changed owners or managers about two years ago. It's like nite and day now very much appreciate the changes. Great job ,"Br

Cheaper than what they quoted over the phone! And honestly a lot cleaner than I expected. They had so many vehicles and a lot of helpful employees, just bring your own tools to be safe but I will definitely be returning! Also Jaime/Frosty was super helpful and I couldn’t have gotten this rim off a tire without him.
