I gave a 3 star as the service was good , But they sell you on the protection plan " Xcovers" and its been a nightmare trying to get my watch Repaired. The protection plan is $40, the SA said it was great and cost effective . Now because I can't get a rep on the phone to discuss my issue and have tried several times to upload the documents they ask for. Although I have, I'm going to have to pay for the watch to get fixed out of pocket . Do yourself a favor don't buy the protection plan it is a WASTE of MONEY and they know it.

I own several Movado watches and will continue to buy more. I like the brand but I also like how I am treated during my purchase. Lynne is absolutely amazing because she cares and this customer took notice.

Lynne is the Best of the Best! I was referred to the Vegas store from the Ontario Mills, California store… One interaction with Lynne and the rest is history or herstory lol great person to have on board Mavado she’s worth every dollar you pay her… Being a Pastor I’m big on customer, service, and customer treatment… Lynne is five stars +Plus!!!BTW Marsha Called me back the day she’d promised… Marsha was off on the next day when I called back but Steve was very warm and inviting also…If their in-store experience is anything close to my telephonic experience I’m indeed goin visit on my next trip to Vegas!

Omgggggg Lynne is amazing! I rarely review stores but this deserves more than that! So prior to coming to this store I read the reviews... and was wondering ... who is this Lynne??? is she the manager? she was mentioned on so many many comments here and of course the ratings were 5 star! so when I went to this store after talking to this lady for a long time to help me find a perfect gift for my fiancé on our wedding day ...she told me her name...and I was like... SO YOU'RE LYNNE!!! THAT EVERYONE IS RAVING ABOUT! She was very surprise I even know her from the reviews and now I get it. This is hands down the best watch store I've every been to... and believed me I have been trying to shop for a perfect gift from Maui to California then here! and I found the perfect gift and I cannot thank Lynne enough and her team for helping me!!!And not only that ... Lynne also told me to contact her anytime if I have any questions at all! I’m super happy!!!!

I would of given this place 2 stars for over pricing a hugo boss watch by $100 but they were nice enough to give a refund. We bought a watch here for $280 and two other sites sold it for $180 market price.

As always Lynne McQueen comes through with making my holiday a success! While in Las Vegas in 2017 for a wedding, I was determined to visit the Movado Outlet. I was greeted by Ms. Lynne and she has been apart of my life since then. She possessed a wealth of knowledge regarding the Movado brand. Ms. Lynne's level of professionalism was demonstrated through her attentiveness, patience and respect extended to each of the customers. Unfortunately I never made it back to Las Vegas, however I continue to purchase the Movado brand with the assistance and guidance of Ms. Lynne. And within a matter of days I have my watch, "Thank you Ms. Lynne!" You're representing the Movado family with an extreme level of commitment, perseverance and exceptional customer service skills! ?
