This store stands out in my experience with Montblanc. Andrew and Jose are very personable and knowledgeable about these products. My interest is in the pens. The fountain pen I received in 1979 was not childproof, and they got me a factory repair that made it perfect again. They have expertly helped me choose and change nibs and have a full supply of accessories and supplies. Lots of other Montblanc products to enjoy. Fill your bag!

Was in Las Vegas recently and stopped by to look at pens. I started working with Donald Yuen and he was incredibly helpful. He knew all about the pens and helped me with a purchase of a high end pen. I asked for the nib size to be changed and he arranged for the factory to make the change and mail it to me. He kept in contact during the whole process and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. I text him every so often to ask about other pens and he gets right back to me. Very happy with my experience with Montblanc and Donald Yuen.

First time visiting a store front in America (we are Canadian) and was highly disappointed with the micro-aggressions experienced from an employee. He immediately shot my dad a dirty look and continued to ignore us the entire time. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism. This has left a very bad taste in our mouth and the racism is something that needs to be addressed within this store.

Kudos ...and I mean MANY KUDOS to the manager (apologies forgot his name ) from yesterday 2-9-24!!!What a person!!! Montblanc needs to make him in charge of ALL the customer experience training for the company!!I had an issue with my Summitt 3 smartwatch which was not behaving smartly at all. I went to the store I bought it originally (see my reciew for that store ..also in Vegas) but the staff there literally "turfed" me to the store at Cesar's telling me I bought it there (which was not true).So I show up at Cesar's...not even where I bought this watch ...BUT this manager instead of turning me away...CHOSE to help me and told me: "I will take care of you !!!"And he did!!He spent probably an hour !!! And he did nit give up until HE FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!AND NOW HE WON ME OVER!!!I WILL ONLY BUY FROM HIM!!!THAT other store .(at the venetian)..needs to be trained....re-educated..re-profiled...or ..re-leased! I will NEVER EVER buy from that store again!Cesar's MONTBLANC MANAGER!!!YOU ROCK!!!YOU ARE EXACTLY WHAT MANAGAERS OUGHT TO BE!!!THANK YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE !!CORNELL

I was in Las Vegas last weekend (Saturday, June 10th) and stopped by Montblanc to add another writing instrument to my collection. I was helped by Donald (who as also helped me in the past). I selected the John F. Kennedy Special Edition Fountain Pen. Commemorating one of the most revered figures of modern history, the Special Edition John F. Kennedy makes symbolic references to the life of J.F. Kennedy in subtle design details. The blue precious resin refers to both Kennedy's time in the U.S. Navy and the famous Ivy League style. His initials "JFK" are engraved on the platinum-coated clip, and the three platinum-coated cap rings stand for Kennedy's three brothers. In a tribute to the national hopes and dreams embodied in Kennedy's pet project, the Apollo space program, the handcrafted 14K gold nib is engraved with the lunar module that landed on the moon in 1969. The Special Edition is crowned by the Montblanc emblem in precious resin.I was very happy with my selection and I will be back again. Thanks!!
