As was expected, service was wonderful, just as great as their Beverly Hills location. What's really nice is that whether you spend a few hundred bucks or several thousands of dollars, they treat you with the same level of kindness, professionalism and courtesy. We braved going to the Strip on a Saturday to get a new pair of earrings. Because they close at 7PM and I didn't want to feel rushed, we figured it'd be better to go on a Saturday. Because it's at the Wynn, it's not a nightmare getting to it in spite of the Strip location. I spoke with Camilla (sp.?) last week to set aside the earrings, just in case. She wasn't there when we arrived but we're assisted by the lovely salesperson Vera. So happy to welcome these babies to the family. Can't wait to go back to add another member.

My husband and I visited Mikimoto over the Christmas holiday. We had such a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the boutique was very comfortable. I was looking for a pair of fancy color pearl studs. Vera was knowledgeable and patient in helping me to select the suitable size and color earrings. All of the staffs were friendly and were not pushy at all. We will certainly drop-by again when we are in town.

Tried this place after being a long time customer at another salon. So glad I did! Tammy gave me the best gel mani. My daughter also loved her mani. The owner is well organized and runs a tight ship. I'll definitely be going here from now on.

I'm staying at the Wynn for work, and have so far, have had the worst experience ever. I appreciate that it's Covid and am always wearing a mask and being very respectful. That being said, the service is awful here, there are tons of employees standing around but will not help in any way shape or form. I was with some work colleagues at the pool and we asked six different people to get a drink and everyone said "no I'm not the server" and pointed to someone else, an hour later finally someone came up and said it was last call and we can't have a drink. This isn't even the worst, this is just one of the many awful experiences I have had at the Wynn. I'm here for six days, Not cheap, do you think they would treat us a little better? Nope! Do not stay here, find any other hotel on the strip do not stay at the wind.

We just spent a long weekend at the Wynn and it was a lovely stay! From the clean amenities, attentive house keeping staff to all off the restaurants available to eat at we were impressed. I am from Southern CA and was so happy to see a SoulCycle & Urth Caffé in the resort. I took a class from Dalia at SoulCycle and it was fantastic. We ate at Urth nearly every morning. They do tea lattés perfectly! I also appreciated that the lines are nowhere near as annoying long as in LA and Laguna Beach! The only downfalls was that the cigarette smell in the casino absolutely SUCKED! This was my third stay here and I really don't remember it ever being this bad?! I know cigarettes and gambling go hand-in-hand (obsessive traits) but it's 2020 people, put the 'grit down...for your health and the health of others! I can imagine those face masks smell disgusting afterward. The hotel is very COVID-conscious and heavily monitoring face masks with many employees walking around, don't even try to fight it. There is no leniency. This hotel & Vdara are my favorites as far as cleanliness and comfort. It's more than worth it to spend a little more for heighten security and luxury. This weekend at the strip was crazy, taxi drivers said crime is up with lots of low hotel fares bringing in unsavory personalities. In my experience it was too much to be on the strip. Among other things, an unwell man on the outside of the Wynn smashed a beer bottle on the hand railing in front of me and started waving it around while talking obscenities. In this town, you get what you pay for. Don't skimp on the hotel.

Easily the best hotel. The service, the staff, the decor. Had a great three days here. Fantastic experience with the pool renting a cabana and incredible spa. Excellent all around.

COVID-19 Review: Before booking become a member online!!! Rooms are very inexpensive during the weekday. Booked a night for a Thursday. I was able to check in early without having to pay any additional fee's. They provided me with my choice of room by view. Although my stay was very short, Wynn went out of their way with their precautionary measures for all of their guest. I was hesitant at first thinking about going to Vegas, but after staying I have to say I felt comfortable the whole stay. Everyone is wearing a mask everywhere: casino floor, shops, pool area, etc... They provide endless amount of hand sanitizer stations as well as free mask! Would I stay at the Wynn? Yes!! It has to be one of my top 5 hotels

During the 2017 World Series of Poker series in June, I went to the Wynn to meet up w/poker friends. I valeted my car & thought nothing of it. About 30 minutes later, security & the hotel manager surrounded me because as it turned out, the valet attendant had totaled my car. I was given a ride back to my hotel & a rental which I drove back to Los Angeles where I live. Insurance handled the car situation & I got a new convertible. I just tried booking a room & asked to be comped because this completely ruined that trip & cut my series short. I was told the matter was already handled & closed. This is absolutely ridiculous! The least they could do is attempt to rectify the situation. I like the hotel but won't stay here again we a result.

Ever since we started playing the Wynn Slots game app, this has been our go to staycation on the Strip. We have earned so many free nights! The property is beautiful and always sparkling clean. As for the staff, it is mostly five star customer service but we have had a few bad experiences. We usually get a high floor strip view room. The views of the strip are unparalleled. We have stayed in the resort towers in a suite. The housekeeping staff knocked it out of the park. The amenities are top notch. The resort has several pools, tons of restaurants, and lots of shopping. Our favorite dining experiences are the bottomless brunch and Friday night seafood experience at the buffet, Wazuzu, and bottomless brunch at the Terrace Cafe.

Stayed here with a promo to stay 3 nights and get the 3rd night for free. We had just come from 3 nights at The Bellagio and were eager to experience the luxury of a true 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get it. As someone who has stayed here before and absolutely loved it, I could see and feel the difference since the departure of namesake, Steve Wynn. Check In: Slow, despite it not being busy, but friendly rep who allowed us to check in early and accommodate our request for a strip facing room. Also, our friend stayed 2 nights and didn't know about the promotion and asked if they would honor it. They said no. Boooo! Overall 4 stars.Room: Clean, crisp decor and an amazing view from the 57th floor. Automated drapes controlled by Alexa was a nice touch. The robe was just as I remembered, super comfy and I used it every day. Sadly, no slippers, which I'm guessing is due to Covid. I remember fondly the ultra comfy beds and was disappointed, as our bed was hard as a rock and the super soft sheets I remember were replaced with extremely rough and overly starched sheets. No mini bar, which must be requested. 4.5 starsCasino: Another thing I remember was the lack of cigarette smoke in the casino. I'm guessing due to Covid, they aren't using a filter or something because it was very smoky and smelly. Super tight slots but we managed to find a good one and won a couple hundred bucks. 3 starsElevators: Stop worrying so much about people showing their room keys and worry about people who can't read the sign saying no more than 4 people to an elevator. And even worse the long lines on weekends with zero social distancing. 1 Star.Pool: Now this irked me: when we rolled up on Saturday, there was a line and a wait to enter the pool. No one mentioned this to us at check in as a possibility. Having just moved from the Bellagio where there was plenty of space, this came as a rude surprise. Clearly, there is not enough pool space and chairs to accommodate all guests. Worse yet are the cocktail servers. Never in my life have I seen a bunch of servers who didn't want to make money. More customers = more tips. It's basic math. Getting drinks was a frustrating experience day after day, even making direct eye contact resulted in servers walking on by as it they didn't see you. No drinks were obtained without waving, asking/calling/yelling and wildly gesticulating. The ONLY exception was Leah who helped me on my last day. She was on it and friendly on top of that. Every other cocktail server was completely rude and useless. One day, I was sitting on the top step of the pool right by my poolside lounger. After doing a wild arm dance and asked for help I was told she could not take my order from the pool. I literally had to stand up and walk ONE STEP to my chair before she would help me. And she said I had to stay put until she came back. I was annoyed because I had seen people being helped IN the pool the day before... and later that same day. So rude just to be rude. I expect better at a 5 star hotel. Also the adult pool was as packed as a Fort Lauderdale beach on spring break with zero social distancing in sight. Gross. 2 stars.Pool/Security: I put this separate because of the absolute spectacle that unfolded on Sunday. As I was walking to the restroom, I heard yelling and cussing from two women on different sides of the pool. I found out later that they were arguing at another pool and were moved to this pool. More yelling until one woman crossed the bridge ready to fight, which was exactly what happened. A major UFC fight, fists flying and the two women fell into the bushes near the cabanas brawling. Where was security? Probably in the casino watching the money. The fight seemed to go on forever before security finally showed up. The entire pool (including children) were in a complete state of shock. More yelling until one of the woman (topless from the brawl) projectile vomited all over the place. I would expect a 5 star hotel to be just as appalled as I

First of all, super super safe during this coronavirus pandemic....and the hotel and rooms are super clean. I respect that they are trying to keep everyone safe. They have someone in every entrance making sure that everyone who enter the hotel has their temperature checked and have a mask. They did a great job in separating everyone and trying to keep everyone safe. And the hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are really clean themselves. Second, even with all the good...there was a few hiccups along my trip. So, we got our room when we checked in....ummm it was bad. The windows were ridiculously dirty. And we were at the butt of the hotel where we got direct sunlight and the AC wasn't working. Ok soo we called to upgrade our room and we got a much better location where we had an amazing view for extra money. Worth it! We got a view of the strip and no direct sunlight. But I will say that the AC still wasn't really working. I set it to the lowest the entire time...it didn't really work honestly. But a bonus is that there is an Alexa in every room. The Alexa in the first room didn't work because she kept saying "we were not the owner!" Lol. The Alexa worked in the upgraded room. The restroom and the rooms were super clean. Usually even at the 5 star hotels, there is some tear or something where the room basically looks kind of old and used. The Wynn was great. The house cleaners were on it and really cleaned! If you need anything extra then just call the housekeeper line and they will make sure you will have your extra towel or whatever. Or even come and clean within the next 2 hours. They even gave extra mask, sanitizer wipes, and hand sanitizer. The gym was great too! They gave water, towel, and made sure people were distant from each other. The gym was super clean. The equipment was great and basically had everything you literally need. So one of the nights, for about an hour, there was no running water! Yes in a giant hotel, they shut off the pipes! Ok sooo I was freaking out because I couldn't flush the toilet! So I made the embarrassing phone call to the front desk to basically say..."hey is there a plumber here?" So they told me that the pipe got shut off and don't know when it will come back on. Ummm...be nice to be notified so I wouldn't have to basically make that super embarrassing phone call and say..."is there a plunger?" So no toilet, running water in the sink, and shower! At the end of my trip, I got a survey from the Wynn. I answered the whole thing truthfully and I did love my stay...except the first room, AC not working, and the no water thing where I had to make that embarrassing phone call. The manager did message me right away and said she will refund me the upgrade fee and resort fee for the first night of my trip. Which is $85 dollars. I did appreciate the gesture because she didn't have to. All in all, I loved that the hotel is responsible during this harsh times. They are trying to keep everyone safe. And I love how clean they are in the hotel. I wish the people coming in would do the same and it be perfect! I am already trying to book another trip for October and December in Vegas. I am already only looking at the Wynn and Encore for my trip. I rather pay more and be safe, and go toward the main part of the strip and catch the virus because those hotels (Bellagio & Caesars) are not taking any precautions to keep people safe. But please Wynn...fix the AC! I want it to be cool in my room and not stuffy!
