I was horrified when my Moissonite stone in my wedding ring of over 20 years fell out of my ring and broke into pieces. We took it to the store my husband had purchased it from in hopes we
could have it repaired. To our relief and surprise we were seen by the Gen Store Mgr, Michelle Cochran who was an absolutely delight to work with. She assured us that one way or another we would have the ring repaired. It took only a couple days for her to contact me with the news that although my stone was no longer available I would be credited for the broken stone and was give a choice of a new stone to replace it with. It was only a few weeks more before my ring was completed. I couldn't be happier with my repaired wedding ring and the exceptional service we received. I highly recommend this jeweler and can say they 100% stand behind their products. Thank you Michelle!

After hearing about Michael E. Minden Diamond Jewelers, via an advertisement on Kool 102.3, my favorite oldies radio station, I decided to check them out. I'm so happy I did! All of the positive reviews are spot on, and I'm here to add one more. Not only did they do a fabulous job repairing my mom's ring, but Mr. Minden himself went above and beyond to deliver it in person when their store had to be temporarily shut down due to a ventilation malfunction at the Fashion Show Mall. It's a rare thing nowadays to receive such exceptional service. He is a business owner who is truly committed to customer satisfaction, as are his employees. Michelle and all those who helped me were very kind, informative, and dedicated to perfectly restoring such a sentimental piece. They delivered absolute perfection, and I can't wait to surprise my mom with her newly restored ring on Mother's Day. I know she will be thrilled, and I have the team at Micheal E. Minden Diamond Jewlers to thank.

My fiancé and I got engaged in this store! Vanessa was our sales representative and she was absolutely phenomenal! I'm very indecisive and particular at times (wedding ring shopping). She was so patient and sweet. She was also Funny which help put my mind at ease. Love Love Love her and I highly recommend requesting her as your jeweler when going. She's very knowledgeable and honest! Thank you Vanessa and we'll be seeing you again in the near future.

The best jeweler in Vegas! I bought my wife's engagement ring here 5 years ago, Michael and Michelle walked me through all the info I needed to make the right decision. They helped me pick / design the perfect ring and diamond. Fast forward to today, I wanted to upgrade my wife's diamond when her ring needed to be resized. Minden worked with me to trade it in and get the perfect new diamond for her. They were able to reset and resize in as little as a day. Thank you to both Michelle and Michael for making it such a smooth and flawless process!

I'm so glad I yelped and read the reviews, because we chose the right jewelry store - Michael E Minden! Once in the store we were greeted and Michelle immediately assisted us. She was very friendly and her expertise was top notch! We went there to upgrade my ring. She asked us what we were looking and showed us items within our budget, and I walked out with a beautiful ring! It may have been the fastest selection process, but it surely didn't take away from an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend! And they have gained a forever customer.

If you want amazing and kind service, look no further. We needed same-day turnaround to solder two rings together. The staff that helped us were kind and knowledgeable. Not only did they do a great job with soldering my engagement ring, and wedding band together the rings have never looked more sparkly.

For years I have brought my jewelry from Zales, so I decided to give Michael E Minden a shot, the customer service was good. However if I had read the reviews beforehand I would not have gone there most likely, the issue is with the security guard at th door, not all people of color are thieves, the way he continues to watch you is uncomfortable. Unfortunately I have to go back soon to have the ring sized not looking forward to that but will be my last time visiting the store

We were shopping for a special gift for my wife’s birthday. When I called Minden’s to ask about the availability of the items we wanted to see in our price range, I was immediately struck by the enthusiastic and friendly approach to customer service. Carol and Michelle looked after us like we were long-lost family and even threw in a small birthday gift for my wife, who was delighted with the range of options and her ultimate selection. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Horrible experience from start to finish. This review is solely about the older Caucasian female sales person and the older causasian male security working the evening of 12/22/23. Went in looking to purchase a gift and left feeling icky and as if I bugged them by stopping by. I had a couple questions that were answered with a sarcastic condescending tone. The whole time the security was eyeing me down, and as I began to walk out the store he looked so angry and asked me “done already?!” The rest of the staff seemed ok, and one of the younger sales reps seemed like she had a sense of humor and was pleasant to be around. Now I see why it was empty days before Christmas in a packed mall. So bitter and unprofessional.

I went here to sale my unwanted jewelry because I had heard from a friend that they have exceptional customer service and they pay top dollar. Unfortunately that was not the case. I went in to sale my engagement ring and was immediately greeted my the security doorman. Once in the store everyone was busy and an older lady asked if I needed help. I told her my situation and she asked me to have a seat and that Michelle would be right with me but she wasn’t sure if they could do anything for me because the jewelers weren’t there. I told her ok and sat down in the seat she escorted me too and waited on Michelle to get finished with her customer. After waiting 5min or so Michelle came over and asked me what could she do for me and I explained again my situation she immediately asked to see my ring and looked at it with a jewelry magnifying glass and proceeded to tell me they do not purchase invisible setting rings and asked how long have I had it. When I told her how long I had had it she then told me she was surprised that none of the stones had popped out and told me to try the pawn shops. I smiled and told her thank you and went on with my evening.
First off, an invisible setting is a rare cut and setting of multiple diamonds where the stones are secured from the bottom. Only a a seasoned and well crafted jeweler can even do this type of cut which makes the piece more expensive, also my ring has a baguette guard on it which also increases the price. Luckily I went in with low expectations and received even lower than what I expected. My over all experience lasted 7 min or less. DO NOT GO HERE. I give this place 1 star. Maybe it’s because I am of a different ethnic background. I am of Moroccan descent and felt like they do not cater to people of color.
