I went to Metro pcs to cancel 2 simple devices, they couldn't do it in the store. So i had to call and literally wait for an hour to talk to someone over something can could have taken 5 minutes. Metro pcs has the worst customer service. And I've never had a complaint with them until today. You guys better get it together. Or risk losing a long time customer. Something that should have been so simple to resolve i had to do over the damn phone. Really Metro!! If I have any more problems like the one I had today I'll flat out cancel my plan.

My main complaint is with the insurance. I paid $5 per month for the 36 months that I had my phone. When the phone malfunctioned, I tried to put in a claim. The insurance company wanted $50 more to file a claim. Are you joking? $5 a month for 36 months wasn't enough? Your insurance is useless. I hope someone files a class action lawsuit. I will join it!

I went here to upgrade my phone, there was a problem in getting the phone I wanted and I had to go to 2 different stores to get it, the staff were helpful and hooked me up with the phone, changed everything over, and did a great job, no complaints, except having to go to 2 different stores.

This MetroPCS location is great! The two female associates I met today was so friendly and helpful. They were very honest and sincere while trying to resolve my issues. I truly appreciate their help.

The staff and especially the store manager are wonderful. It surprises how helpful, honest and straightforward everyone is here - something I've never seen at other phone stores or even other Metro by TMobile stores. I look forward to having a phone issue just so I get to chat and visit with the nice staff, knowing my problem will be painlessly solved. They solved two hardcore phone pickles I got myself into. The staff here is something special, if you are looking for prepaid and if you choose Metro do make the extra drive to this specific store. You're welcome.
