Been picking my wife’s skin care and cosmetics up there for years. Everyone is always helpful and nice. They’re open 6 days a week which makes it super convenient. Kim, Amy and Tammy are always professional!

Kim is amazing! I went to the Las Vegas store after I had such horrible service at the Henderson store. Kim took her time with me and made me feel that she truly cared about my needs and color matched me perfect! She had everything in stock and I left feeling confident. I highly recommend going to the Las Vegas store and having Kim help you with all your beauty needs.

I needed all new make up, and had grown up using Merle Norman back in the 70's, when my mom started allowing me to wear make up. I had great memories of using their products, so I decided to seek them out again. I went in and purchased foundation, powder, two eye shadows, some concealer and an eye liner pen. I really wanted to love this stuff but it simply did not work on me. The foundation oxidized within an hour of application, the power had to be reapplied over and over, the eye shadow faded quickly and the eye liner completely changed colors on me. I tried to work with all of the items I purchased for over a week, but it did not get any better. I need at least 8 to 10 hours per day wear from all of the products I use. Merle Norman did not deliver for me. I went in to return the items I had purchased for a refund, per their store policy. What transpired has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had from a customer service perspective. The owner of the store, Kimberly, became very agitated when she saw I was returning all of the items I had purchased, and showed no interest in understanding my explanation of why I was doing this. She became increasingly angry and rude, ranting on and on about how it was a loss for her store and a waste. She kept mentioning the time she had spent with me with me during a pandemic, allowing me to "try before you buy." I told her that I could not have anticipated in a single application whether or not the make up would wear well, etc. Again, she just kept going on and on about me returning the items. It got so bad that I finally asked her if she berated other customers like she was berating me. She then demanded that I return the gift with purchase that I had received or she wasn't going to refund my purchase. She said it was now her gift and I had to return it. She accused me of buying all of the make up for an event or occasion, using it once and returning it to get my money back after whatever I went to was over. I have never felt so insulted and browbeaten in a store in my life. I was truly shocked at the anger I witnessed during her temper tantrum. I was not rude to her, even though her behavior was very intimidating. She also sells jewelry. I was going to have my husband shop there for some of the beautiful crystal bracelets she sells for me for Christmas, but I will NEVER step foot in her establishment or spend a single penny there again. I have never experienced anything like this before. I would never have believed that I would experience this either!

I've been wearing Merle Norman for almost 40 years won't wear anything else.
