They broke my dip stick and tried to charge me for! Also had an attitude because I refused suervice, don't recommend this location and will never go back!!! 0/10

I went in for a couple minor things. As a woman, they tried taking advantage of me telling me I needed all new brake pads and new rotars and charge me $650. I didn't feel that was right as I just had my brother change all brake pads about 6 months ago. I tell them no thank you and go somewhere else. We take off all tires and check and every single one of my brake pads are still in new condition! I will never go back and do not recommend, especially if you are a woman!

I had a diagnostic done for $53.00. The results were not explained well. The quotes just for the labor seemed overpriced ; over $1,000. To remove air blend box( about 27 screws) estimated at 6 hours labor to remove. Then further expenses would apply depending what is broken inside the air blend box. Then a thousand dollars plus to replace a Freon line. Then another Thousand dollars for I don’t even know what. This is my 4th visit to the Mienke on Rome. They’ve charged me over $900.00. On each of the prior three visits in the last year and a half! I would definitely get a second opinion from another Mechanic before having any work done by them!

I like the person that I talked to when our window fell down into the door, he was kind and so was the young man who I talked to at the front desk, it’s just so exspensive tho to get things fixed.

SCAM! Meineke car care on Rome diagnosed a coolant leak after performing a $53 systems check. Despite identifying the issue myself, they insisted on a check and proposed additional costly services totaling $758 (including $400/2hrs of labor). I declined the service and paid only $53 for their diagnosis. I requested to buy the hose from them and the price was outrageous (approx $135). I purchased the part from Auto zone for $53, and another mechanic fixed the issue for $60 totaling $138 in under 30 minutes. Meineke’s pricing and approach were extremely unreasonable and disappointing. I will never return there for services. It felt like a salesman tactic to attempt price gouge for services to make an astronomical profit. I’d shy away for mechanic work unless you want to get robbed of money. If you need a honest mechanic in the Las Vegas area look me up!

My unfortunate bad brake situation was made more than just tolerable by the team at Meineke. Everything was fairly quick, Don was so pleasant and transparent about the issues and pricing. I am so glad to have put my trust in their work
