Very clean and sales associates are friendly The fragrance section is beyond amazing and the ladies that work their are pros The reason the 4 star not 5 star is the shoe selection very low and 4 shoes that I liked they didn't have my side

I really like this Macy's. It has a good selection of products compared to the galleria mall location. This Macy's has a Starbucks at the bottom level and nearby that it has a sitting room on the men's side. There are fitting rooms at each section, not like other stores that have existing fitting rooms but are being closed off or used as storage. There is a Finish Line at the bottom level and at the top there is a Macy's backstage (Macy's brand clearance). It's a huge section of discounted clothes, toys and home items. At the top level where the kids clothing is, there is a Toys R Us! Love that even though the freestanding stores are closed, Macy's chose to carry on Geoffrey the Giraffe's legacy.

Honestly the worst customer service ever is in macy summerlin . Why work and customer service if you are not going to treat your customers with respect... they don't even say hello when you walk in the doors. At your service definitely is the worst . The girl with the sweater on and curly hair didnt even look at me not once made or said hi at all i needed to take a sensor off. She didn't even look at my receipt.... over all ill take the drive to fashion show macys next time .

I purchased a suit at the Fashion Show store. It needs alterations, but I didn't have time. I was told I could bring it to any Macy's store.Wrong. I tried to call to to confirm during normal business hours and got no lost in VM. Never connected with a human being. Drove over to the store anyway. I stopped in the Ralph Lauren section and was told there were no alterations available in the store.

I love that this Macy's has a Starbucks inside with a bathroom.This is a great feature to have when you want shoppers to stay longer.Also, if you enter Macy's on the Starbucks side (on the left), the return cashiers are on right which made returning my blouse super easy.I liked the ease of getting around in this Macy's. It is bright, well organized and has lots of selections. It does not have the run down look a lot of Macy's are beginning to have. I appreciate that. The workers were very helpful with my questions.I will definitely return to this location again.

Be careful about placing orders for pickup here! I placed an order for pickup in October and wasn't able to get to the store to get the item by the deadline. So I couple weeks go by and I realize I never got a refund confirmation via email even though the item wasn't picked up. I email Macy's about it a few times they say they'll escalate the issue and no response each time. In the midst of this the item gets marked as picked up so now I'm really concerned but they keep saying they'll escalate it. I call customer service today get the same response so I call the store to try and verify if they really believe the item was picked up or if a refund is being processed as they've told me via email. Store provides an escalations number where they tell me one of the previous escalations says the refund was denied since the item was picked up and signed for. Upsetting because obviously I didn't pick the item up and there has been no follow up each time I've reached out. Apparently short of me getting a hold of the store manager to find out who signed for my order and why an ID wasn't requested it doesn't appear anything can be done. Item was purchased via gift card so I can't even dispute the charge. I was just planning on repurchasing the item once the refund was processed. I was going to try and call the store but it doesn't seem worth my time at this point but wanted to warn others.

Ordered 3 long chain necklaces during the sale. All 3 were just what I was looking for. I order online for the most part and have never been disappointed with Macy's website or service.

Suzette in the men's department is an amazing worker, helped me for over 3 days in a row with my big purchase with tuxedos for myself and my groomsmen. Had some issues with the tech support and she ironed them out and assisted me greatly, making sure everything went as planned.

Always a nice place to shop. Great selections of clothes from infant to old age. We all shopped here especially when they have nice sale going on. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience. I ordered a sectional almost 4 months ago, even though I was told I was going to receive it between 6-8 weeks. Everyone is telling me a different story about where the sectional is, apparently no one has a clue since the ones who are answering every time I call the customer service department, they all live in Philippines. I asked for a direct line or email to the warehouse in USA, and they said they can't give it to me. I went to Macy's in person hoping they were going to be able to help me and they called the same 1-800 # I've been calling. I am frustrated and if I don't receive any update from a representative here within a week I'll cancel my order and will never order anything in Macy's again.

Macys has changed so much. There was a time that the employees cared about customers, but no more. If you can actually find an employee, expect a very dismissive uneducated attitude. I've never met so many people who didn't know how to do their job. I may continue to shop online, but I'm not going back into the store.

Very rude customer service. We don't all know your policies by heart. I ordered a dress for my daughter for pick up when we went there I wanted to see if they had a bigger size since the app said they didn't. They did. When I saw the dress it didn't look like the quality I expect from Macys. Regardless we tried it on and weren't fans. I went to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me through the app. No big deal we're already there. Goto customer service and explain... this woman was so snarky and rude. She very rudely informed me that you only had 30 min to cancel after ordering...... no other solutions. Me-can I do an x change? Or pick it up and refund it? Like what are my options here lol. She said we could do that. Ok cool. She does the refund then hands me the receipt and walks away... umm okay... I'll just go find another counter to buy these items for ... or steal them since I don't know the policies... usually I give grace for people who showed up but man she was rude as rude can get. Another associate who was working upstairs. She was an absolute gem and I wish we would have just gone and checked out with her so I could have gotten her name. She helped me find the right size of an item and was super kind. She gets five stars.
