Good experience. I would recommend this place for my friends and relatives. I did read the past bad reviews. Our experience was very good, very helpful and knowledgeable with watch repairs. My boyfriend has G-Shock Casio watch. Needed new batteries, old one the first watch repair we went to took it and replaced with a regular watch battery. Second doesn’t do G-Shock watches. We found this place from google.

Came in when they opened on a Friday morning needing 3 watch battery replacements. Watches were back in my hand UNDER the 10 minutes I was quoted. Kind, professional, and impressively efficient! Will return for any future watch repair needs. Thanks guys!

I will never forget the time I needed a bracelet repair to a very expensive bracelet. estimate was over $200 from Mdand I jewelers. We went to lunch and got a call to come back and get the bracelet. He had figured out how to do it at least a solid temporary hold for absolutely no charge. I of course tipped. The repair held for almost 3 years.. When people say their prices are too high I am astounded. I have never been overcharged, from stringing pearls, to repairs to complex watches. I love Ira’s humor and repartee. The staff is fabulous.

Was there on Tuesday afternoon for my watches’ battery replacement, the staffs were pleasant and my 3 watches were done within 1/2 hour, prompt and reasonable price too!! Very happy to hear that it’s a family owned shop, been there before pandemic and had the same great experience with them! Please keeps the service and shop open???

This mom and pop shop will do anything they can to upcharge the customer. Had a ruby and emerald ring recently resized larger two sizes. Not only was I overcharged but my ring was a half a gram lighter when I got it back with the shank half the size. Explain that. They also like to replace a cracked sapphire watch face with cheap glass for 40 dollars and act like it's a deal. Daniel and Ira will also tell a customer anything to squeeze a extra dollar. My prediction is they will be completely out of business in a year because of insolvency.

We took a Khaki aviation pilot day date auto here at least a dozen times to be fixed for the same issue. The issue was never fixed. I ended up spending more in gas going back and forth to the shop than I paid for the service. I was told that the issue was an easy fix...A year later the watch is still broken. I just got tired of taking it back. Still looking for another watch maker. I see tons of reviews on jewelry that are pretty good, but every review I read about watches is a 1 or a 2...

This is a very bad watch shop with a very terrible service, bad customers service and they took my money but did a very very bad work for my watch. Now my watch is not work and missing some original staff in my watch. My watch nust need to change a new battery but after take my watch form the store and came home. My watch is missing the time adjustment button, i came back this shop and show to them see what happened to my watch. And they fixed it with a new time adjustment button not the same the original time adjustment button of my watch. It is look so ungly. I have no choice here and after brough my watch back to home, the new time adjustment button they chagned to my eatch is fall out again. I do not want to bring my watch for come back thus shop let they fix again to my watch. I am not lucky and now i cannot use my watch anymore.This shop just want to take your money but they never care about the quality of their work and their service.Never cone back again and also remind some one i know about this shop. Everyone stay away from thus shop please.

Very knowledgeable about watches , I went to 2 different repair watches and both told me they couldn't fix it , this guys did it in no time , also they change the broken glass on my citizen watch .

After seeing many TV ads for M&I International, I choose to bring 2 watches to them. One watch just needed a link removed, and that was done fine. The other watch needed a battery and also the movement to be replaced. The battery was replaced, and I was told it would be a couple of weeks for the movement to come in. Well, after a few weeks, I called and was told they were waiting on the movement. Weeks later, I call, no movement yet. After a few more weeks, I call, and still no movement. Finally, after 5 months, I was tired of waiting, so I told them I wanted the watch back. I go to pick the watch up only to be told " it is in pieces" on the repair person desk!! So, I left and came back today to finally get my watch back. Upon inspection of the watch when I got home, I discovered that the second hand is not even attached and is loose inside the watch. Needless to say. I am very disappointed with the service I received and I won't be back.

I have been taking my jewelry here to be repaired for 20 years and never had an issue. I actually had a custom ring made for my wife here and it cost less than if I had found it at a store, but this was one of a kind! No repair is too big or small from replacing a watch battery to a gemstone. Once had a whale tail necklace made out of black coral that over time became pitted...they said they could fix it. I don't know how they did it but it looked brand new!
