I had this awesome experience on yesterday with a friend. I believe the employees are called color experts. They were very friendly and professional. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I enjoyed making my own lip gloss. You have a choice of making a lip gloss, lip balm, or a lip stick. The employees make sure they you are satisfied with your choice and they also make suggestions for something slightly different from your original choice as well. My lip gloss was $59. My friend’s lip stick was $70. You get to name your product as well. It something awesome to do for a different experience. They operate by appointment only and card only for payment. I enjoyed the experience and I will definitely do it again!!!

Positive: The end product is fab. The custom lipstick is long lasting and the packaging is trendy and of good quality.
Negative: No one answers the phone at this business, which must be a terrible place to work. Employees seemed miserable and tired, largely on auto pilot. The negative vib really impacted the experience. There’s also no alternative to bar height seating so you are out of luck if not fully able bodied. I would not go back but plan to seek other businesses for custom products.

My daughter and I made satin lipsticks and lip glosses with Lexine. She was kind and helpful and was able to nail exactly the shades we were hoping for. A little pricey but the finishes of the products are very nice. Very, very clean with multiple cleanings in between each step.

Very fun experience that really didn't take long. They let you check their bases to see if you actually want a gloss, balm, or lipstick. I thought I wanted a balm, but their lipstick had three different levels, and I preferred the texture of a cheer lipstick over a balm. They go through different scents and tube colors for you before the magic happens. They start off with a base color of what you're looking for (I wanted a nudist color), then you try it and direct them if you want it darker, lighter, more pink, etc. And they go until you settle on the one you like. We finished choosing in like 15 minutes, and then 15 more was just for the lipstick to dry and us to wrap everything up.

Definitely was expecting a fun and exciting experience but for $70 it was mediocre. The lady helping us was sweet but compared to the service everyone else was getting I felt like it was a in and out thing “ what color do you want” mixed it up, pick your sent, packaging, engraving and done. we basically sat in silence the whole time because she was barley taking to us :/ definitely don’t recommend you can get the same shades at the drug store.

Such a fun process and experience having customized lipstick created just for you. Is everyone like me and has a drawer full of lipsticks that aren't quite the right colors? Now you can have a beauty technician create just the right shades for you. They'll even engrave whatever name you want on your lipsticks. Love Lip Lab!

This was such a fun experience! The person assisting us with our lipsticks was fun, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does. I highly recommend this experience to any makeup enthusiast or someone looking for an awesome way to spend an hour while in Vegas.

My wife and her cousin went here and had an awesome experience. Their personal lip lab mixologist did a great job explaining the whole process and made sure everything was exactly how they wanted it.

Love love love love love them! I took their lipstick, lip gloss and the balm. The quality is great! My technician was so patient with me and she perfectly recreated the lipstick I had years ago, but is now discontinued. The balm is sooo moisturising and has such a great tint to it. The gloss is really pretty too!
