We arrived in search of items related to the health of my relative. They provided a wealth of knowledge. Great service. I was relieved that I avoided falling victim to someone who would have taken advantage of us because I bought it at such a great deal. Very happy with the cost and level of service. Employees assisted me and made recommendations. Their stock was enormous.

"I was having trouble with my CPAP machine, which seemed to be failing. I reached out for help from various sources, including my physician, pulmonologist, and CPAP supply provider, but no one was able to assist me. Through a fortunate coincidence, I ended up at LV Pharmacy where I met Veronica, a Respiratory Therapist. I was desperate for help either to repair or replace my CPAP machine. Instead of brushing off my concerns and selling me a new machine, Veronica asked several troubleshooting questions and offered possible solutions. She also provided me with preventative equipment care options, all of which I tried, and they worked! I'm extremely grateful to Veronica for her invaluable help."

I was visiting Las Vegas. I was going to be there for a week and was sure I packed everything I needed, even double checked to be sure. Well, you know what happens, you always forget something obvious you overlooked. In my case it was the needles for my insulin pen. It was very important that I take my insulin everyday and forgetting the was a concern, but I was in a large city and thought it would be fairly easy to find them. Well, I was wrong. As soon as I realized I forgot to pack the needles, I went on the search to get some. Believing it was a simple task of running down to a drug store. I was wrong, again. I spent the next day and a half scouring Sin City looking for the needles I desperately needed. I was about to give up and drive home when I luckily ran across Las Vegas Pharmacy. These guys not only saved my vacation, but pretty much saved my life. When I called them and explained my situation they took action. They had the needles for my pen, something the rest of the city was out of stock of. The price was more than half off of what I would've paid at a national drugstore. That was a big shock to me, a pleasant one at that. They took my order and we arranged them to be delivered. The hotel, which will remain nameless, forgot to let me know I had received the delivery. I immediately assumed that it was the pharmacy's fault and didn't deliver them when I hadn't received them at the agreed upon time. I was supposed to get them by 5:30 PM, but at 7:00 I still hadn't received them. By now I was both frantic and furious. I was going to have to miss another dose and pretty much end my visit. I got on the phone and called the pharmacy but they had already closed for the evening. I was able to leave a voice mail. I laid into them for not delivering the needles. What happened next will explain why Las Vegas Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. A few minutes of leaving a rather spiteful voicemail, I received a call from the pharmacy. They assured me that the delivery had occurred. I mistakenly did not believe them, for I had called down to the front desk many times to check if the delivery had come. The representative for the pharmacy swore the delivery was made. He even went as far as calling the delivery driver to get the time it was delivered as well as the hotel staff's name who had signed for them. That blew my mind and made me switched my blame from the pharmacy to the hotel. Armed with my overwhelming evidence that the delivery indeed had been made, I went to the front desk of the hotel. At first they were adamant that no such delivery was made. But when I started dropping names and times their tune immediately changed. Needless to say they were able to find them and tried to blame the pharmacy for not delivering the needles directly to me in my room. Yeah, you can figure out for yourself where the logic in that lies. So I was wrong multiple times. Blaming the pharmacy was unfair to them so I thought I'd set the record straight. Las Vegas Pharmacy is an amazing company. Their prices are fantastic, their service is truly beyond question. Seriously, way beyond question. Not only did they save my vacation money, they really did save my life. Bottom line, Las Vegas Pharmacy is a company that's worthy of your business. If ever you're in Las Vegas and find yourself needing pharmaceutical items. Save yourself sometime and money and visit them first. If you're not in Vegas, they ship out to anywhere. Trust me, trust them. Don't believe me, try them first yourself you'll see.

(changed the review) The website needs work in the search engine because we typed in items we took pictures of IN THE STORE and it came up that none of those items existed to order. It's a small store in an L-shaped strip mall, a bit hard to find if you're coming west-bound on Sahara. Once you do find the store, the staff is very helpful. The staff will spend as much time with you as needed - which is greatly appreciated. We wish they had longer hours on Saturday and were open on Sunday as we cannot get there Mon-Fri. We're trying to call now to attempt to get some things mailed to us, even though we cannot find the items listed at the website. The prices are a little higher than the larger stores, but you are paying for the excellent customer service inside. They can't carry the stock in-store. Shipping items, even small ones, seems to be a tricky process for them. We asked for them to Fedex/UPS one small box and they said the only choice was USPS (and for a high fee). USPS generally takes 4-5 business days. It's best you only visit this place for their limited supplies ; not order for anything delivery that you need within 10 days.

Great service. Pharmacist on duty is very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I have questions about my prescription or insurance, they are beyond helpful. This pharmacy has made my life so much easier when it comes to my and my family's medication. Plus free delivery

Very accommodating, cost effective with a large array of products to suit anyone's needs. So glad I stopped in! I will not be going to any other pharmacy in the Las Vegas Area. Such nice people that run this facility!
