My experience here was great, it was easy to find what I was looking for, the employee in the front assisted me with any questions I had and offered their best recommendations. Overall, a very nice experience and I’d definitely come back here again for their high quality products and reasonable prices.

I went there for the second time yesterday to pick up some bottles and sprayers because they carry Tolco brand sprayers which in my opinion are the best. While browsing the new 3D GLW line, I started to compare their prices to other places and realized that their prices are AMAZING. Hobbyists, weekend warriors and pros will all be able to find something here.

I went back on 8/31/23 and I do not recommend their service or their degreaser product.A lady at the counter had attitude when I asked about their best degreaser for mechanic areas (oils). She seemed frustrated when I asked about their return policy if their degreaser didn't work.I did purchase their "best" 5 gallon degrease and I would never go back there again for that product and I wouldn't give them my business because of her bad attitude.

Service was bad, I would not recommend buying any high priced items from here. (Buffers/Carpet Extractors/ ect. I bought a new buffer from here and did not work. They took 4 months til they finally resolved the problem. The lady with black hair is super rude you can't even talk to her because she isin defense mode. If you need to talk with somone about a problem you need to talk with the owner and she will not give you his info. I got LUCKY he walked out of the back room out of coincidence because the lady said he wasn't there. All the other managers that work there all gang up on you and don't bother helping you. The owner needs to hire new people so his business can succeed. He has good customer service but you won't be able able talk with him. One advice I give him is to leave his contact number somewhere so he can take care of his customers. If he would have helped me from the beginning I would still be buying from there. But that wasn't the case here.

I have been trying to refill my water tank at the 3295 E desert inn Las Vegas nv, NV 89121 location for 3 weeks and it seems to me that they never want to change it for a new hose. They say they have it but have not installed it yet and their location at Tropicana and nellis has never been able to deposit water into my tank as well

Service is horrible the one lady with the black hair will skip you for her people. It takes 2 minutes to spend money and 2 hours to get a refund. I bought a $1625 dollar extractor and it didnt work. Bought it back they gave me another one that was broke. Both units was brand new. If there happy having that lady running off there customers. I'm happy taking my business to someone that appreciates it. Update so they decided to not give me my refund in the store. There mailing it too me. After talking to the owner i now understand the bad setvice and lack of professionalism!

I have been going to Las Vegas Car Care for 6 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help! They have everything that you need to make sure your vehicle stays looking great! Definitely recommend them!
