My friends and I dodged a bullet with our experience with this dealer.I'm helping a friend buy a Ford Mustang (as I have one myself) and we found this dealer selling a Green V6 Mustang (manual too!). Once we arrived, we immediately identified several issues with the car.The first issue we noticed was that was automatic, despite the website saying otherwise. This may not be a deal-breaker for some, but to us, it was necessary to have a manual vehicle. We also noticed damage on the entire rear decklid, and other places that was not visible in the website photos (the website was zoomed in). Considering the price of this car is higher than the market average, we were already dissatisfied with what he had seen thus far. When we asked the salesman to test drive the car, he said we would be required to put in a credit application due to "his age" (the friend is 21). The salesman continued to push the urgency of putting an application in BEFORE driving the car, and it was "the managers decision"; ultimately, we decided to leave shortly after. After further digging, we found additional red flags with not only the car but the dealership itself. The first thing was the exact same car (down to the VIN) car is listed at TWO OTHER DEALERSHIPS currently. We actually found the car listed on Baja Auto, and it directed us to this dealer strangely. It is very unclear if the three dealerships are affiliated with each other, but either way, having the same car posted in three different places is a ? in itself. Another review here has pictures of the same car from 5-6 months ago, so maybe they're trying to sell it quicker? Either way, this method is "shady".Additionally, in the original advertisement, the car was listed as having no known damage inflicted or bodywork. However, CarFax had a report of right rear damage (albeit minor). Again, this is extremely questionable, as the original website also does not have the CarFax readily available, so this could hurt someone who doesn't take the time to check these things. So some takeaways here:1. The car itself is mechanically and physically misrepresented on all three websites2. The salesman is very aggressive when making deals, and allegedly won't allow test drives for anyone that is "21" per his manager, which never came out to speak to us or anything.3. The car is listed in three different places without any clear explanation. Either this is a desperate joint operation to sell one car or a poor effort at a Bait and Switch.Based on this very brief experience, I cannot recommend working with this dealership, even if you are in a pinch for a car. You are much better going through a reputable dealer with the peace of mind knowing you aren't running blind.
