The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an establishment this store delivered my food to the wrong place, tried to blame me for it and then gave me the runaround for months to try to get a refund. Til this day I still have not received any food or money back and the store refuses to help. If I could give a zero star rating I would it is absolutely criminal with what this store is trying to get away with.

The bread was a little bit odd in flavor but my Ingredients were fine. The biggest problem was the manager with the jewelry on her lip. The way she spoke to her employees was absolutely appalling, if I didn't already pay I would have walked out. She didn't seem to want to do anything but complain and work the food slicer instead of leading by example. Talk to your employees not at your employees..... The rest of the crew were great

I ordered my lunch about 20 minutes before my scheduled time (mind you this location is half a mile from my job) when it was time for my lunch, I called for an update because it couldn’t be that much longer, and the employee said “ sorry, we’re really backed up we’ll get to yours shortly” ok… so an hour after I ordered, well after my lunch break was over, the delivery driver showed up and said “Oh I’m sorry I just went next door I thought it was for the other business” No apology for being an hour behind, just nonchalant about another inconvenience. I would not order from this location. I get that they have a lunch rush I do, but taking an hour to make one sandwich and deliver it up the street is insane.

Been coming to this location for years and lo and behold. I had the worst experience ever just the other day with a manager by the name of Faro. He is arrogant, cocky, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I had ordered a sandwich to go as I usually do when I got home, not only was it not right it was super skimpy when I asked for extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions it had barely any of those items on there and very little meat, I called immediately and got on the phone who immediately became unprofessional defensive and said everything is portioned instead of saying Gmail I'm so sorry. What can I do? He argued and got defensive about everything and hung up the phone on me..... I was fortunate enough to call back the next day and their manager Ally, who was very apologetic and credited the sandwich for me. I then went in two days later and lo and behold. Faro is there again. He recognized me and was extremely rude once again, this guy needs to be fired immediately for his unprofessionalism and rude attitude

Let me start off by saying that the customer service was fine. The issue I have is with the attention to detail in each sandwich. First was the Veggie sandwich. I ordered it with no Mayo, no avocado spread, no tomatoes, bacon and extra lettuce. Now on a veggie sandwich, I would assume that there would be an abundance of lettuce, especially if I ordered extra lettuce for this sandwich. Not the case, see included picture. Also there were tomatoes in there, not a big deal, we just removed them. I actually ordered extra lettuce on all (4) of the sandwiches and none of them had "extra". The other three sandwiches that were ordered were OK, even without the extra lettuce that was ordered. The last thing that was missing from the order was the pickle that was ordered (quartered) was not in the box. I live in Henderson and this store is on the other side of the valley for us (7331 West Lake Blvd). We were up that way because of an appointment and I am not driving all that way to get some lettuce and a pickle, but that's not what this review is about. It's about attention to detail. I hope that if this is a franchise, I would like the owners to look at the reviews and make some appropriate changes. First and foremost, attention to detail. Actually even if this is a corporate store, the same would apply.

I just placed an online order and they literally forgot to put turkey on my sandwich. I even went back and looked at the receipt to make sure it wasn't a mistake on my end. It was super noticeable and all the other toppings were lacking on the sandwich too. Definitely disappointed.

Do not order sandwiches from here. There sandwiches are a joke. One slice of turkey one slice of cheese and barely any lettuce or tomatoes.Waste of money.

we usually come here after my son's swim practice. when we arrived this morning, the whole place was packed with a traveling soccer team. the kid behind the counter was the only employee there and politely told us that he would need to complete this order first if we could please be patient. we said to take his time, but he put his head down and handled business in a very efficient manner. once he was done with everything he apologized and helped us out. we really appreciated it and he was a pleasant young man to speak to. thanks very much Pharaoh. you did an excellent job

So sad. Like the previous reviews yes this place is a hit or miss. Its a sandwich so not too much to really say. But recently it looks like they took the jimmy mustard and dijon off the menu and thats such a shame. BUT i must say the crew here-is actually pretty amazing and they are always friendly and enjoyable to talk to!!

For some reason every time I call this Jimmy John’s always an issue customer service is trash doesn’t make no sense. sometimes they trying to act like they’re polite but they’re not literally call yesterday call today. What’s the number? I don’t know It by Hard because I got a knew number. Oh I need the number. I don’t understand why it’s not popping up on my screen doesn’t make no sense but all right.

Allergic to eggs. Told them that. I ordered a PLAIN SLIM 1. Ham and Bread. I pay for the food and don't get my receipt until my sandwiches are handed to me. My fault for not checking the receipt or opening all three sandwiches (two of which were for friends), but guess what? I was charged for a Pepe. And it has/is covered in mayo. I call the store, and after waiting for 7 minutes to which I gave up. They called me back and the manager informed me there was "nothing they could do." So I'm out $5 and no dinner before work. I'd also like the tip back please. Never coming back. Amazing.
