This place has the rudest staff imaginable. I am simply trying to get a prescription filled. The PA sent it to the wrong place then when I called back they lectured me on how they would never send a scrip to Amazon Pharmacy. I asked for a follow up and never received one so I called back the next day. Got nothing but attitude again but they finally said someone will call. They finally called back to tell me that my insurance does not cover Amazon pharmacy. When I told them that was strange to hear because I get meds from them all the time they began arguing with me, telling me how rude I am, and that they are right and I am wrong... I honestly do not know how this office can be this rude to people who genuinely need meds for pain. Not asking for any narcotic or controlled substance just a anti-inflammatory but they do not care!

Overall, great experience at innovative pain center. The doctor was very thorough about what's happening and what solutions we came up with. I felt involved, heard, and understood with any questions I might had. I left feeling confident with my upcoming procedure and it will be a successful one.
