Josefina is the best !! I've been coming to her for years! She not only gives me advice for next year but she helps by explaining all the steps that's shes doing, she makes me feel comfortable and always teaches me something new. I don't even think twice about if my taxes are being done correctly. I know they are and that gives me such peace of mind. Definitely recommend going to her.

Extremely upset to come in to be told their system double booked the time I was there for!!! I will never come back to this location or company again, how am I suppose to trust that my taxes will be done if your appointment system doesn't even work properly!!!!

Tasha Brookshire lied because she's lazy said the only way to provide w2s was through app but that's not logical what if a person does not have access to a phone or the app then would hrblock not file my taxes she made me feel unwelcome and she said that's she'd much rather me go somewhere else because I didn't appreciate being forced to you an app
