All dealers are welcome you and they are helpful to make sure that you are a customer.

My biggest and only gripe. Is that when you want to cash out. They only have one or two employees cashing customers out. That puts a damper on the casino experience. Common Horseshoe you can do better than that.

Please remove this loud, clanging metal gate. You build this amazing poker room and include a loud, swinging gate that has constant traffic to the bathroom? It says emergency access, but clearly most people use it to head to and from the restroom. Next to impossible to play at table 2 next to the gate and focus, risking hundreds or thousands of dollars. Doyal Brunson is rolling in his grave having his photo next to this nuisance. Also, a lot of your table usb outlets have super slow charging or don't work. Love the chairs and lighting and high table heights. Great staff overall, minus the fact nobody has stepped up to remove this annoying gate.

I don't know what it is, but there's something special about this little poker room in this meh casino that really works for me. It's absolutely the best of the second-tier poker rooms on the strip.
The staff here is outstanding. Great dealers, attentive floor staff, everyone there is top notch. The players are fun and mostly recreational, so it makes for soft games, but the rake and jackpot drop are quite high compared to the top tier rooms. Which particularly sucks because Caesars doesn't seem to want to spend money on the room.
The bathroom is easy to get to and right next to the room, there's a little cafe next door as well. On Sundays they might get a $5 PLO5 bomb pot game going so that's sweet when it happens. It's a reliable spot to find a quick game to jump in to and have some fun, and probably not have to worry about someone at your table making a living off of it.
During the WSOP however there is so much action and random people popping in that it's a great room to stick around for a day. I know I'll stay here next summer and take advantage of that, even with the steep rake.

Customer service is the worse rude. The wait time in line is ridiculous with only two employees helping, our wait was over an hour and Pryor to that we waited in the lobby not being told that a line was forming for check in. The early check in fees for 5 minutes is $20. That's ridiculous for the amount of time we had already been waiting and the fact that we had to check in through a kiosk
