They were supposed to show up to my house this morning at 8.00am. They didn't even show up. I called and they were unaware. After speaking to them, they realized what happened and they were willing to reschedule. I called CEI Auto Glass and explained to them about my situation. They are going to replace my windshield this morning. Thank You CEI Auto Glass

Had my windshield replaced and the weather striping along the top would start coming out when I drove at freeway speeds. Tried several times to get ahold of someone at the office, no return call.

Second time I use this company. I called early in the morning and I was able to get my broken windshield replaced same day; about 3 hrs after setting up appointment. I m very happy. Thank you

Not sure if this is the right location or not but we are on a road trip and had our car window broken into. They were able to get us a new window the next morning at 8 am. Salvador our technician was so flexible, prompt and kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such unfortunate circumstances. Thanks to them we are able to get back on the road with only a few hours lost.

Very unprofessional place. I called 3 times, I was on hold for more than 10 minutes each time I tried calling. The third time I called I finally got a hold of someone that confirmed my appointment. Then I received an email and a voicemail the day before my appointment that they were rescheduling me. I felt awful being lied too. I called the lady back and told her cancel everything you're very unprofessional I would not like your service.
