The experience at Givenchy was amazing from the first moment that we entered the store. We were immediately greeted but also allowed to freely look around. When my daughter needed assistance, it was provided without being intrusive. When I shared how I felt snubbed at LV, they rolled out the red carpet and treated my baby like a princess. I happily handed over my credit card because it was worth it to see her happy. Mr. McGoldrick, I will forever be grateful to you and your team. Danielle and Charles are amazing!!! I will definitely return yearly to purchase and will reach out to have items shipped as well.

Outstanding place great customer service also let me mention they have hidden beautiful balcony that you can enjoy cup of coffee & watch over the water-fall Definitely after shopping tho it's great atmosphere highly recommend!

Charles (who greeted us as we walked in) was superb; I couldn't have been happier with my experience. He didn't rush us, he asked us about our night, and even invited us onto their private terrace to take photos! The store is beautiful and so well kept. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience and I can't wait to come back.

Givenchy is one of my favorite designer brands, but I could not have felt less welcome at the Wynn location. While the store had a great variety of products, the service pushed me to leave empty-handed. I came in knowing what products I wanted to try by name, but the blonde lady working there was extremely dismissive. She told me that one of the items I wanted was last season and therefore was *obviously* sold out. After that, she completely ignored me for the rest of my shopping experience. I was interested in purchasing many of the products, and I’m not sure if I was profiled because of my age. I won’t be returning back to this location, and I will make most of my Givenchy purchases online.

Ewa was the absolute greatest sales associate we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I don't even feel like we got that many items and what do you know... She sends us little goodie bags for our pups that we talked to her about. What a lovely woman and everyone else at the store was a gem as well. I love this store and we cannot wait to get back!

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A DESIGNER STORE EVER!! I had been in contact with Jenn 2 weeks prior to my arrival in Vegas because I’ve been eyeing the Shark Lock Boots, I text her & to stay in touch to make sure they had my size. Well upon my arrival in Vegas off the plane at 520pm I head straight to this store because I didn’t want it to close before I could get my boots I was determined to get them that day!!! So I get here & I meet the lovely Jenn, we get my size (well the size I wear in most designer shoes) of 36.5 well lorddddd I got my foot inside the boot but it wouldn’t go up my calf. I told Jenn from YouTube I thought they had a zipper & she informed me they didn’t do if you see anyone that has a zipper they FAKE SIS!! Jenn informed me some ppl go up a few sizes just to fit them. Listen I was DESPERATE so I wanted to go up & I went to 38.5 well what a bust they look big on but I just kept praying to god I could get these boots!! So she suggested I try yo smaller version of the boot on & listen I was so not feeling them but they looked reallllllyyyyyy cute on! I tried the bigger size of the tall ones one more time & this time I put both boots on now listen I had to have Jenn & the store manager help me take them off lmaoooo!! I was in there sweating & laughing. Listen I love this store & this location, they are even putting my initials on a lock I’m too excited because I can wear these boots anytime of the year. So yes I got the smaller version & im happy about my choice but if they make the taller ones with a zipper or something for ppl who have a slightly bigger calf I told Jenn to call me. If I could leave this store a million reviews I would this was the best store & shopping experience ever!!

I purchased my first Givenchy item today at the boutique inside the Wynn. What an amazing experience. Charles made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. I called in advance to see if they had the handbag I was Pining after in stock and Charles answered and immediately from this point forward provided white glove service. Ewa was just as charming and helped with elevating my experience to the 5 starsI am loving the new mini and now have my eyes on a stunning red crossbody. This Givenchy thing may have just become a new addiction. After my purchase I took in the amazing views from their balcony with the most private tucked away waterfalls. So intoxicating you might forget you are on the strip. Highly recommend this boutique and Givenchy experience will definitely leave you with a long lasting memory and making plans for your next visit.

Charles is absolutely fabulous! I almost purchased a bag during our visit in February. He remembered and sent me a text when it went on sale. At the sale price it was a no brainer. The bag is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding! Thank you Charles!
