I highly recommend this hand carwash. I always have a great experience every time I take my truck to get washed. They pay attention to detail both inside and out. I think the prices are very reasonable. They have great customer service.

I highly recommend this hand wash car wash. I bought the VIP package, and when finished, my car looked new inside and out. It only took less than an hour. This is where I will go in the future.

I came from a trip from San Francisco and I searched this place online. They are hands down the best hand car wash spot I have been to. They were able to get rid of all the bugs I killed along the way and provide amazing quality service with fair prices. This place deserves recognition and I will for sure be back the next time I visit.

I'm very strict about who touches my car and Flamingo Hand Car Wash is one I definitely trust. There's very few car washes in town that know how to properly wash a car like this from cleaning the inside of the rims to getting the tough spots. This car sits low to the ground which is also hard to find a reputable place to wash it thankfully they have the ability to work with cars like mine. They take amazing care of my suede interior and I have never received my car back with any issues. Obviously no one is perfect and it's impossible to dry a car completely so when I do find water dripping anywhere they immediately take care of it. I've been bringing my cars for 10 years now and for the value you can't beat the quality you get. They use top notch water that doesn't leave spots and quality soap and cleaning liquids that don't harm the paint. This is why my other 15yr old car has not got the famous Vegas paint fading thanks to the quality water and soaps they use. It's shocking to me how much cheaper they are than a mobile car wash too! For the same wash I have been quoted $150-$180.

Being a mom my car gets very dirty! I don't like to take my car to those machined car washes and found this hand car wash here on google. They did a really good job on my car. They left it spotless and unrecognizable for a great price too. They carefully even moved my stroller and car seat to get in between every corner of the car! The owner was there making sure everyone was getting taken care of and he told me this is a family-owned and operated business which warmed my heart. I'll definitely only come here for my car washes.

I usually NEVER have any complaints when it comes to this car wash. i’ve been coming here for about four years now and wanted to bring my brand new car here that I just got a week ago, (I don’t live close so it was quite a drive) i wanted a VIP car wash. I paid $49 for them to service my car and when my car was finished the back driver side window tint had been scratched. I noticed the washers/employees were servicing cars with watches, bracelets and other Items on the wrist. those items can scratch your window or mess up the tint. I asked to speak to the manager in regards to the scratch on my back window. Juan (who I was advised is the manager) immediately Brushed me. Juan was extremely dismissive and super unprofessional. Juan was not empathetic no what so ever. Juan also had on a watch and a few bracelets on his wrist. I then explained to Juan, washing cars with jewelry on could cause damage to other peoples cars. Juan stated they are not responsible for any damages they caused. most of the workers have on jewelry while they’re detailing your car. I expressed to Juan how I would like a refund or to be compensated for the scratch Done to the back window. Juan stated he was busy and will not give me my money back. I will be filing a complaint/dispute with my bank. I’m sadden by this because this was one of my favorite hand wash Car washes in the city hence, Why I Decided to drive across town to come here. I know i will never return to this car wash at all, Juan was very distasteful and rude. The women at the register acted so clueless and as if she did not understand my needs. She was also dismissive and did not want help when I asked to speak with a manager, she also stated he owner lives in California and she is just the cashier. I’m frustrated Because it is the principal, I’ve Had my BMW for a week, And no one wanted to take accountability. It was literally a (points to “ not responsible” sign) we don’t care attitude. I only put one star because had no choice. I would have graded a zero if I could. My lesson from this is to make sure no one has on jewelry when they’re washing my car.

Paid $55 and still had a few places on the car that were dirty. They could have done a better job on the interior, all and all it was decent for the price.
