I came on a tuesday around 5 there was only 2 employees both were just standing, and no one greeted us. We were the only customers there. I asked for a shoe size and color and got told what. Both employees did not show any help , one said it was because she was busy placing the specials. Gave attitude when all I did was ask for help and find a shoe color. The other employee was just standing on his phone doing nothing.

Visited this store today, 4/27, and the sales rep named James was very patient and took the time to check stock for sizes that the handheld initially said we’re not in.

Although I stopped by for some window shopping Raven was nice enough to help me with inquiries concerning products. Very respectful and kindly! Would recommend this store with her amazing customer service!

Customer service here is always terrible. Everytime I come in here it takes over 20 mins for anyone to ask of I need assistance then when I ask for a size they leave and stay gone for another 20+ minutes? I've always loved Finish line but this location is the worst! It's very small selection. They never have the new drops always old outdated shoes. Also why do they always take so long to retrieve a sho? Are they setting sail to retrieve off a cargo ship directly or what? Ridiculous. Don't both with this location. - A local customer.

I like this location better than the one in the Premium South Outlet. The workers are much nicer and helpful.

Customer service was good, found the shoes we were looking for. They had them in my daughter's size we were in and out in 5 mins with a new pair of shoes. Easy peasy.

didn't have anything i wanted except for the socks. employee was really chill tho. if your looking for nice shoes go to sheick in town square. sheick had cherry 11, 1s, etc. not bad but not good either

Current time is 7:00PM…They have a sign on the door that says “We are out for our break and will return at 8:00PM”… but the store closes at 8:00PM?

Helpful staff, not a huge selection of shoes though, mostly Nike's and Adidas. I was looking for New Balance, I was told they didn't carry them. I settled for a pair of Puma's instead, Turns out to be a great choice, I'm pretty happy with them.
