Jerrett was very helpful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated him sending a Lyft driver to pick me up. The issue I had with my car was resolved and the price was not very painful.

Findlay dealers has got to be the worst in the country they do not know what honesty is cannot tell the truth about anything to save yourself a lot of hate and discontent stay away from their dealerships your actions show your words mean nothing

UPDATE: We went to Ken Garff Volvo in Salt Lake City and could NOT have had a better experience!!
The response from the dealer in Las Vegas is inaccurate. The sales manager who responded was not present at the time he claims he was, and we said multiple times we had no issue going at any time to pick up the car as part of the OSD. I asked him to correct his review; I received no response.
Within hours of calling the dealership in SLC we had a contract for a car more upgraded than the one we were planning to order originally, for less, with better financing than our banks.
We didn't have a great experience.
We researched as well as we could online and came prepared and were honest with our salesperson from the beginning, but we felt he wasn't listening to us during our first visit - we asked to drive a car and had to repeat ourselves multiple times on the trim level we wanted, we said the one color we were not considering was the cloud blue but he pulled around a cloud blue for us to test drive. We had a whole conversation about the XC40 Recharge outside, then we walked outside and he said, "I don't know if you know about the Recharge." It was certainly a little irritating; however, this was during their hacking recovery, so we understood he didn't have access to a lot. We drove the car, were very happy, discussed what we wanted, said we'd return. A lot of what we'd understood from our research differed from what our salesperson said, which was unexpected. We wanted to mull it over one final time now that we'd driven it and gotten some numbers, but were still set on buying it.
We exchanged emails and texts with our service person, did more research based on the info he gave us, and came in this Monday prepared to buy. Soon into the process we found out their interest rates weren't what was advertised, but we were both under the impression based on the previous week's visit that we would be getting the promotional rate. This was before any credit check was run - they simply said they couldn't do it for the overseas delivery program because that model is a 2025. For us the "low" interest rate was to us a major selling point of the program, plus it's what is displayed online and the deal discussed when you call an OSD specialist from Volvo. The sales manager came and talked to us, it felt a little like a "bait and switch" since our interpretation of the first conversation was that we would be getting the lower rate and everything we'd followed up on also said this. It was a 2.5% difference quoted to us as the best rate from what the OSD advertised!
The sales manager said a lower interest rate (but not the promotional one) could be had on the 2024 models. Great, we'd discussed as a backup plan purchasing one of the cars they had in stock, so we asked what was on the lot. The salesperson said, "Well we don't have one in the color you like...I don't know the specs of those cars...you can look at them all online."
At that point we felt he clearly was not in the mood to make a sale, so we politely ended the conversation and left, saying we'd follow up with him.
As we are fortunate to not need a new vehicle at this time, we messaged our salesperson the following day and thanked him for his time and efforts but said we decided to wait.
We never heard a single word back.
That's the first time in any sales/service situation I've been in that I have not at least heard "Thanks" from their end.
That changed our minds about pursuing a car from this particular dealership. We were a guaranteed sale walking in, and we surprised even ourselves to leave without a new car in some fashion.

We were apprehensive given past experiences with other dealerships service departments. However, VOLVOs service department was transparent through the whole process. They were able to determine the cause of the issues during a diagnostic with our vehicle when several other shops were perplexed. Our car drives like it's new again and we are extremely satisfied.

I was shopping around for another car and got frustrated at some of the dealerships in town. Rather than wasting time going to dealerships, test driving, and then realizing they did not have what I wanted on the lot, I took my search online. I came across an XC60 that looked nice, had an affordable price point, and I emailed to inquire about the vehicle. Caroline James-Palmore immediately sent me the information and set a time for me to come in and see the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't ready yet, but the process was a breeze, and they ensured I had a loaner car until the one I purchased was ready. Everyone here is very professional and courteous from the initial point of contact at the front, to the service department, financing, to the young man who showed me how to utilize all of the features in the car. This was legitimately the best experience I have ever had buying a car. When we are ready to buy another vehicle, we will definitely be back.

I have an excellent experience at Volvo Las Vegas. i been looking for months and long hours of searching for my dream car. I been working with Volvo Las Vegas for the past 2 years and always been treated with respect when doing tested drives and working on numbers and never felt pressured . I wanted to say thank you to the following staff. Paige Green Finance Manger she Treated me with respect and understanding during the confusion with outside financing and wasn’t pressuring for any additional add ons that I didn’t need. Thank you Travis Pinney for helping me with the confusing process on the pre approval loan with my credit union. Thank you Lecckie Baptista Sales Manager for helping me with numbers and advice during my car buying process and never once I ever felt pressured on buying the car. A 1000x Thank you to Maverick Watson my brand specialist I have been working with Maverick for the past 2 years looking at different cars but didn’t find the right car, always been understanding and patient during my car buying process. And helping me with the confusion with financing with my credit union. Finally on July 19 2024 I found my dream Tesla Model Y that I been wanting for a long time. It was the right Price and The Trim that I was looking for. I love having different car and very picky on how dealership details cars. He went out of his way to make sure that My Dream Tesla is detailed the way I ask. Finally after a long day at the dealership of confusion and waiting I Finally took my car home. And 1000x Happy with my Purchase. looking forward to purchasing more cars in the future. Also Thank you to the detail employee who detailed my car the way I wanted it to be detailed.

Fabulous experience working with Ricardo to buy a new XC60 Hybrid. He and Travis helped us negotiate a great deal and were patient with us as out of state buyers. We flew into Vegas, signed the papers and drove away. Well worth it… saved us several thousand dollars over our local dealer’s marked up prices and inflated lease rates. Happy to recommend these folks and would gladly buy from them again.

This is my second Volvo I've purchased with Bianca. I wish all my previous vehicle purchases from other dealerships would have been this pleasant. She is knowledgeable, concerned about what I need and doesn't instill any pressure during the process. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and made the whole experience of buying a car the way it should be!

Great experience with Caroline and the incredibly friendly staff at Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas. Had a unique situation I had to work through with my trade but Caroline and the team and Findlay were super patient and helpful while I figured it out. I would absolutely recommend Findlay to anyone in the market. Not to mention, got a super cool gift bag with the car!

I recently took my Volvo in for routine maintenance and had a wonderful experience. Every single person I interacted with was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I'm talking white glove service. I'm not the owner of a $80k Volvo - I drive a 2011, but they still treated me just as special. My vehicle was quickly taken care of and runs beautifully. 10 out 10 experience.
