Megan & Charles are the BEST!!!! I can't say enough praises about these two. They are so helpful and have the best costumer service. They make it such a wonderful experience!They made everything from taking my passport photos, printing & express shipping such a breeze!This is definitely the place to come to, I can't recommend this place enough. First time here, but not the last. Needed to print 100 flyers for my son's school fundraiser. For the most part, I had no clue what I was doing, but Josh walked me through everything like a pro and made my experience unexpectedly stress-free. The price wasn't too bad, either - considering I needed 100 copies. Thanks, Josh!

This is the worse virtual answering service. Does anyone work on Sundays? What is the point of having a number listed if you can't talk to a representative.

Josh took care of my order today, the biggest order I have ever shipped with FedEx. The man did not even blink, despite my having to use multiple account numbers and addresses. The entire store has an incredible staff.

Very upset that we are forced to use the kiosk. I don't like using it and would rather use the counter. Megan is the Asst Manger and refused to asst me at the counter and made me go to the kiosk. I would like for the store manager or district manager to contact me about the terrible service from this location as I use it 2-3 times a week.

I required an overnight shipment. The box I brought in prepared for shipping was too costly. Megan recommended I try to place my items in a FedEx Express box. She assisted with helping me select the best size and offered to tape it so up as well. I was able to ship overnight with a lower cost. This was a very important shipment and I was relieved to know it would arrive when needed. I always visit this office and will continue. Megan was friendly, professional and went above and beyond helping me. GREAT HIRE! Thanks again Megan.

Avoid this place like the PLAGUE! They say leadership starts at the top, which holds true for this business. The Manager Kathy is the worst manager I've dealt with in years. FedEx Office on Eastern & St. Rose is the most disorganized, chaotic and haphazardly run business I've seen. I went in to get a seemingly easy job of some copies, reductions and laminating done. Thanks to Kathy and her disorganized employees (except for the older gentleman who was very nice) it took us over an hour and they charged us almost $40... And I DID MOST OF THE WORK!Kathy helped customers who came in AFTER me before me, then when she finally finished my 4 copies which cost $28 just to reduce, she was in a frantic hurry for me to pay for my work even though I was still in the self-service section working on other copies and laminations My partner had some office items that he told the clerk THREE times that he wanted to pay it together with the work I was getting done. Since Kathy was in such a hell bent hurry for me to pay, I interrupted the work I had still not completed to pay. After the transaction was completed I noticed incompetent Kathy did not ring up the items my partner asked three times to pay altogether. When I brought the issue to Kathy's attention she replied, "do you want to purchase it now?" Seriously Kathy?? I will never purchase anything or do businesses with FedEx Office ever again thanks to you and your employees horrible customer service and outrageously high prices.For customers looking for much better service and comparable products, go to Office Depot which is a half mile away.

I've come to this location on more than one occasion and I am always greeted with a warm welcome, as well as a very slim to none wait time. All the employees are helpful.Highly recommend :)

This is a pretty busy location, but it's easy to get to by turning off of St. Rose Parkway. It is located close to Lowe's. I have been making more stops here lately for sending packages for work or picking up shipping supplies. I really like that they have a self-service scanner when you already have labels printed. Skip the line and scan. The staff has helped me with selecting the correct shipping materials or they can give examples of what I can order online. Service:One time I needed help tracking a package and updating some information and they were able to help me. Sometimes calling the 1-800 number can take a while.Cost: I am thankful that my company gets an 80% discount on most shipping costs and they pay for everything. Shipping costs are really steep these days. I am not sure that I would use it for personal shipments. They are cheaper than UPS for most things. Looking at the overall cost though I am more thankful for free shipping at certain online stores.

My primary reason for visiting this specific FedEx location is to utilize their professional printing services, which doesn't always require customer service assistance. Although I should note that every time we've come here to ship items or have them professionally print out banners for us, the staff are always courteous and know what they're doing =) While we have a personal printer at home, I needed better quality prints for my cousin's upcoming baby shower that's Disney-themed (designed cupcake toppers and diaper raffle tickets purchased through Etsy). Double-checked the FedEx website, which stated that I could saved files from my Google Drive, which wasn't completely accurate... If I go straight to a stand attached to the large professional printers, I can only print from a Box or One Drive account (other cloud services). Another option was to print directly from a personal flashdrive anyone could insert and print from. What saved me a trip are the computer stations available at their location! Customers have the ability to pay for the time and printing services on a computer station. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the computer, and printed 30-35 pages (colored ink). For that amount of time and service, my bill came out to around $36. The quality of the prints are worth it, and I didn't even need assistance. Another convenient part of my whole experience is the ability to just swipe my card once at the computer station - it's like have a tab open at a bar that calculates and automatically charges everything I had at the end of my session. I also happen to appreciate how organized/neat the work stations are.

Went there to ship with FedEx because the map said here has it.No one come helping me 10mins passed , one guy came and asked , I said want to ship this with FedEx. He just press on keyboard and left without saying anything. WHAT!!!And gone. So I check map again and search for another place that nearby this...Why they sent me there not the FedEx office where next to it.
