I’ve been to this location a couple of times and each time it’s the same: no one is ever available to help and you stand there and wait and wait… today in particular, I went to have a passport picture taken. I was told to wait and finally when the woman (who had seen me waiting there for about 15 minutes and said nothing), came over and asked me what I wanted and then informed me, she couldn’t do it because the camera was broken, turned around and walked in the opposite direction. Workers here are extremely rude.

I had a lost package and I was not sure where it was I went to three different places and when I got there I was a little hot bothered but the people were so pleasant got my order right away and I was out the door like I hadn't went to three places that day it was awesome the early afternoon crew is great

I don't like dealing with FedEx, but some of the businesses I do business with use FedEx. The biggest problem I have with FedEx is that they don't have humans to speak to in customer service. Some things can't be explained to a computer, and if you can't use their automated service, they hang up on you. I always say that you can tell the quality of a business by their customer service, and FedEx fails at that miserably. Thank you.

Customer service here is great. They really tried to help me all they could and went out of their way to try to help me with my issue, turns out it was a problem with the company and the label. Only my second time here but each time they were really helpful.

All the staff was nice made us feel welcome. My aunt is disabled they offered her a seat while we conducted our business.
