I recently had to ship several large boxes of equipment for my company, and since we have an account with FedEx naturally that is where I headed. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful service I received here.The equipment I was shipping was pretty bulky and it took me several trips back to my vehicle to get it all, and it was a bit of a walk because unfortunately the parking is pretty limited in front of this store, and it's also a busy area due to an adjacent Starbucks meaning I had to park some way away and carry my items. That honestly is my only complaint, but the lady attending to me was very patient as I did this, and very helpful going over the various shipping options in terms of cost and times to deliver. I was actually quite surprised how inexpensive it was to ship my items, they were all pretty heavy boxes and arrived safely within just a few days.

What has the world come to today?! A company that once offered Military Discount no longer does. How is it that one of the largest shipping and printing chains doesn't offer military discount yet ALL their competitors do?With their astronomical prices, this just screams all bad. Their service is subpar and their turn around times are slow. I'll definitely be using UPS from here on out. A company who honors their active and veteran members!

Went in to ship some things today. Nathan was very friendly and helpful. Answered questions, assisted with making sure boxes properly. Always have to excellent service with this Fedex. However the other middle aged female coworker working with him obviously was not having a good day. Kept making faces (even under her mask) Told not asked my husband to move away from a register to ring someone up. Was not going to ruin my day to say something to her. Will still do business here. Just hope I deal with friendly employees only.

Good service at every FedEx office, So CA, Las Vegas, Oregon, etc. Standard services that you can count on when traveling for business. Most cities have a FedEx operation. Better thank clunky Staples.

I come here every time I need something printed. They are always super helpful. I emailed them a bigger project I needed for school and the manager, Tamara called me the next day with the questions needed to complete the project. I needed something printed, laminated and they cut it out and grouped it together. When I picked it up the next day it was better than I ever could have imagined. It took a bunch of stress off and I really appreciated it so much. Would definitely recommend this location!

I frequently use this place to return packages ordered by my wife to QVC and HSN. The personnel are always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this business to everyone.

Really unhelpful not knowledgeable staff. Not very friendly either. I was willing to go to this location and pay whatever the fee would be to print what I needed. They were unhelpful and insisted each document I needed printed needed to be sent one at a time through the print and go service.I went to use a computer to find a faster way to send the 20 different pages that I needed printed and was willing to pay for. Computer took forever to pull up anything on the Internet. The staff didn't offer any solutions just kind of stared at me blankly. I didn't seek further resolution from there. I'm not a confrontational customer I would never try to force someone to provide a service.I don't know what this business exists for if they don't offer actual office services like advertised. I don't imagine that someone seeking office services is printing one document that's one page, I will just go to a post net I usually go to and I'm sure I'll get it printed much easier.
