Perfectly good service, despite obviously being short staffed. One of my items wouldn’t scan, but the woman helping me suggested a nearby FedEx site that could potentially help.

Worst location on the planet! I've called countless times and nobody seems to answer. All the other locations in north Las Vegas doesn't pick up or bother. Makes sense when working a 9-5. It's a proven fact that employees that don't own anything are very careless.

This is a great service with a very friendly staff. Tucked in the Walmart shopping center right near the entrance. I often need documents printed last minute and they offer the option to email your documents to them and in return you receive a code connected to your document you need printed. Once you enter the code into their copier, your document appears for print. They also offer a computer station if you need to access your email and don't have your computer with you.

Fabiola and fellow staff member were unbelievably kind, patient and extremely helpful. Fabiola was able to multi-task while addressing my multiple questions and requests in order for posters to be printed in a short notice. Fabiola and her colleague were able to assist someone like myself (computer illiterate) with producing high quality posters for an important event in a short timeframe. Thank you once again for being awesome! Please know that this was my third attempt to complete this project and no other printing company with multiple staff members were able/willing to assist me but yet this small location with only two staff perfected and improved the project.

I've always had amazing service from every single employee that works here! They are so kind and friendly!! Super fast and efficient with my packages as well!

Worst customer service ever the manager and the employees need to be fired the manager stood there arguing with me while her employee gets mad and slung my Id on the counter and the manager saw him and said nothing then they called security on me because they messed up and sent my package to the wrong state and then they called me wanting me to send them pictures of my debit card front and back when I said no they wanted me to go back to the store where I paid next day delivery at and set up an account so they could charge me again for there mistake

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! The Hispanic girl was very rude and unhelpful! When working in customer service, your job is to service the customer! I won't be returning to this location! I'll be contacting the corporate office to make a more thorough complaint!

Went in to get passport photos taken for an upcoming cruise. While waiting six feet apart in line, I started talking to a pro trump guy about our horrible governor. This appeared to bother the clerk who would barely say one word to me while he was helping me. I asked him if I should remove my glasses, he said no. Luckily their printer was not working so I didn't pay for the services and told him I would come back. Well I decided to research a little and found that you MUST remove eyeglasses for photos or your passport will be DENIED. Garbage!! Avoid the emotional clerk that doesn't know his job!!

Man, what a terrible experience. I sold an item on eBay. Paid for shipping on eBay. Used the same box to ship it that the item came to me in. Went to drop off the package at this Fed Ex location inside a Walmart. Andrea, the Fed Ex worker at the front desk, took a look at my package and said she wouldn't ship it the way it was. She said because the box was the manufacturer's box, she couldn't ship it. There are pirates, she said. They'll steal the box because they can see what it holds. What? Who's going to steal it? It was signature required, so no one is going to steal it off of a porch. Does she mean someone will steal it while it is in Fed Ex's possession? Well, that makes me feel safe.... I told her that it was already prepaid, and that it had been shipped to me in the exact same box. Nope, not good enough. She wanted to charge me for additional packaging and take additional amounts of my time. I told her I would just take it to another Fed Ex location and drop it off there. She basically shrugged, like "So what?" Well Andrea, I did take it to another Fed Ex location, which asked no questions other than, "package to drop off?" Yep, no issues at another Fed Ex. So tell me, why does this location try to force you into purchasing more packaging? Trying to score some more money? I will not be back, and I'm struggling with the idea of using Fed Ex to ship from eBay. Might as well just use UPS. I'd avoid this location if I were you.

Located inside the Walmart Super Center. If you need something done ASAP and can't make it to other locations, you know where to go. For all printing and shipping needs, FedEx will always come through. Just be prepared to pay a premium.
