What I love about this business is the variety of styles and options they have available. The set up is very stylish and eye catching which are two things that I find important when trying to find the perfect items. The staff there is also a plus. They are very welcoming and willing to help.

Love the staff at the design center and the warehouse. They are knowledgeable and quick to response to any of my many questions. I was amazed at how many beautiful products they carry and the showroom is AMAI have purchased all of my plumbing fixtures and tile for 2 homes now and wouldn't ever trust anyone else for my plumbing needs! I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I cannot say anything but great things about the people at this showroom. I was greeted as I came in, and assisted to the best of the employees' abilities. However, I was short on time and had to go back later. When I returned, I was helped by Camille who helped me find the perfect toilet and sinks for my bathroom project. She was illustrative and very detailed about the products offered to ensure that it would be functional for my lifestyle. I was skeptical because of reviews that I had read, but I could not relate to them at all.

I called to order a specific toilet model. The gal who answered the phone wasn't able to locate the model number on the Kohler website and sarcastically told me "good luck finding it on your own" just before hanging up on me. I would've gladly sent a link to the internet page for her, but not after the unwarranted attitude. Who thinks it's ok to hang up on a potential customer while you're getting paid to represent a business?

JoJo is a gem! She went out of her way to help me to obtain a product that was nearly out of production after another salesperson told me it was unavailable. This entailed extra phone calls and emails to the manufacturer. Then, she went way beyond the scope of the job to help me with a problem that had nothing to do with her company. I will definitely return as long as she's available to work with me. If my renovation turns out half as well as expected, it will be due to her expertise.

They have know knowledge about parts of shower heads. I asked for a metal handheld showerhead holder. Describe the piece to them specifically and they're looking for the brand of my previous shower. Doesn't matter when you're replacing the whole piece. Seems like they know more about money than actual plumbing.

Terrible customer service and poor communication. We spent a lot of money with this business and really felt like they dropped the ball in communicating when our product would be delivered. They did not take responsibility and instead tried to pass blame.

Lisa at European Kitchen Bath Tile & Stone was very helpful - pulled together very detailed bids for a bathroom remodel and provided accurate lead and delivery times.

This business gouges its customers and provides the WORST customer service. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. If I could I would give them ZERO stars.
