Amazing service! Lance helped me during my visit. He was attentive and helpful. I later (like a month) I called to get a copy of my receipt. The manager went above and beyond to get me a copy of my receipt! Thank you Ecco in Fashion Show for 5 star customer service!

I must say we have been going to ECCO shoes for decades. The ECCO store at the Fashion Show Mall is not pleasant. They have no interest in helping or even being asked for shoes to try on. I'm very disappointed. I know we all have off days, but it is not fair to the customer that would like to purchase something. We ended up placing our orders online.

Would have loved to buy some Ecco’s while in the fashion show mall in Las Vegas BUT the lady was so rude to my wife. She has a medical condition and can’t wear a mask so the employee told her to just stay away from her if she couldn’t wear a mask. So we left. Won’t ever buy anything there again. Very disappointing.

Amazing service. My relatives went to the store looking for shoes but they didn't find anything they liked. This latin sales guy took very good care of them. They were not feeling very good (they are in their 70's) This guy served them hot tea and told them to stay seating there until we went to pick them up. At the end they didn't spend a dime but got the best service they could get. We're going to stay loyal to you Ecco at the Fashion Mall, we are very, very impressed!

I visit this store whenever I'm in Las Vegas (5-6 times a year), but last time I was there the manager was so mean to me I don't think I can shop here anymore. I asked about returning some socks that weren't working for me, and was unnecessarily berated. We all have bad days, but please don't take it out on your customers--especially ones who spend a lot of money in your store!

Great service from Irvin (I believe). Needed dress shoes fast. He found some my size and in budget. In and out in 10 min. Even found laces I needed. Excellent.
