The customer service was excellent. The printer was malfunctioning, and they had to handwrite my receipt, but the process still went smoothly. While the selection of vehicles was limited, the pricing was fantastic.

Had the pleasure of riding on a bus shuttle with a super friendly and considerate driver. I didn’t catch his name because I was pretty sure I was going to miss my flight. I think he could tell I was stressed because he asked me when my flight was set to leave. He was safe while making sure to get us there efficiently and gave me verbal directions of how to get to where I needed to go as quickly as I could when I got into the airport. I wish I had caught his name but I think he was wearing a visor with the hair that sticks out of the top. Either way he was amazing and I made my flight because of him. Thank you so much!!!!

easy to get out of the terminal on the shuttle to the rental car center. smooth and quick service. easy exit out of the airport to main highway.

We rent cars here just about every time we go to Vegas, my wife and I. It's only a fraction more than taking a taxi or rideshare, and on our way to the hotel we do some grocery shopping pick up whatever we want and then turn our car back in somewhere on the Strip where it's convenient at the end of the day and then walk back to our hotel. Enterprise.
