UPDATE as of 7/26/24: I arrived a few minutes early for my 8:45 appointment. Decided on tires at 8:57. I was quoted an hour and a half since it was quite busy. To my surprise, at 9:24 I was driving away with four new tires. Well done guys! It was smoother than expected.
I always buy my tires from Discount Tire. I like their warranty work. If it needs a replacement, gets a flat, they fix it for free, quickly and efficiently. The employees are always pleasant. They don't try to sell me something I don't need, which I appreciate.

Did not honor my certificate for my tires or fix my flat. The "salesman" stated there was wear on the inner wall so he couldn't touch the tire. Which was a lie as you can't even see the back tire's inner wall on my car while still mounted to the wheel hub. He didn't even bring out the digital tire tread gauge as most other employees have done in the past. I even checked afterward and it had even wear on the treads. This kid was just trying to sell me new tires instead of honoring my certificate or fixing the flat.

Very happy with the service. Team is great! Had a screw in my tire. Mr Matthew was quick and got me in and out in about an hour with no appointment on a busy Friday morning. No charge as I purchased tires here with the warranty. Highly recommend

I came in without an appointment and needed a couple new tires. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was maybe 30 min maybe 25 honestly. They were all nice and professional I highly recommend this location .

last week when I sent out my employee they were told only one tire needed to be changed and yesterday the tire was ready then all of a sudden all 4 needed to be replaced. I do not appreciate the call to my personal cell. I felt a quota was trying to be met.
