Donovan not only prepared, but corrected my taxes from previous years without me even leaving the comfort of my home, all while getting me the best return possible. Hiring DH Financial was the best financial decision I've made in the past decade. My 2021 tax refund is over 19k (never before seen). I paid to have this 'company' submit a simple 'offer in compromise' on my behalf, it has been over one year now and I seem to be getting 'stroked' ... just got an updated bill from the IRS and the penalties and interest that have accrued in that time total over $3000 - my income and assets are very minimal and this should have been completed long ago. Consumer BEWARE paying Donovan 'upfront' .... he just may put you way on the back burner with me. Edited to add - DH Financial was paid for this service March 22, 2021 ... no paperwork was sent to me until December 31, 2021 (9 months later) ... I returned it exactly 1 month later, January 31, 2022 ... March 9th, well over 1 month later, you sent a text saying you would be looking them over soon ..seriously, HORRIBLE way to do business and I shall warn people any chance I get unless you do the job you were paid to do.
