If I could do 0 stars I would. This location now has the front door entrance ropped off and you have to wait like animals to be let in! I don’t know if this is at any other location but spare your self from treated like you are being wait to let in to freedom. I asked if well ever be able to go in there normal with out all the hassle and he said “no this is a new thing we’re doing”

I'm just wondering what type of tacky shenanigans they got going on at this DD's but the things that I see is only going on in the minority neighborhood. First of all, as a black woman you got a guard gates across there where people cannot come in, but as soon as the Hispanic people come in behind me you let them in. But you told me wait a moment. I think that's a little discriminating and a little tacky.

March 30, 2024. Almost all at once several different people came to the area I was in. Were some of them AP? I felt profiled. When you enter the store you are greeted by black rope that stops you from proceeding. A guard that may or may not greet you with a salutation, removes the rope, then you may shop. This is so disturbing! I wonder if it's even lawful? I have shopped at gorgeous high end Santana Row near Silicon Valley, and at high end shopping centers in San Diego, and wasn't profiled, followed, or prohibited from shopping until a black rope on three sides of us entering patrons was removed. It is very uncomfortable to shop in this store. The only acceptable aspect was great customer service from the male employee who rang up my purchases. This was only my second time shopping here. My first time, I was watched by a very unsanitary, slender, female employee, who was open mouth coughing throughout the store, not covering her mouth. Then the cashier was in her ear piece and running her hands through her hair, just before I handed her my items to ring up. A different security person displayed selective greeting, and did the same, barricading you in with black divider rope, before you can fully enter the store and begin shopping.

Good prices, cheaper than other stores, very friendly staff with only one bad experience, they do not allow you to use the bathroom, being a store with more than 5000 feet of merchandise, there is a lot to see and if you need to use the bathroom.

My granddaughter loves this store for fun fashion and the price set. The store was clean, organized and the clerks were nice.

The racks were mostly empty. Clothing styles were pretty ghetto. Prices were cheap. Not too much variety.

A variety of household and fashion items. Very well priced. Good quality. Especially good during the holidays because of the amount of products in the shelves. Everything rotated seasonally so you are always looking at new things.

The cashiers are disrespectful people, they treated me badly just for asking for a bag for my purchase of more than 400 dollars since this store never has large bags, only small ones, very bad customer service
