Love this location❤️ My 4 year old son has attended here for almost 2 years! The teachers and staff are great! Ms Sheryl (Pre -K) is very attentive. Tracy, Claudia, and Emily up front are very understanding and accommodating. We love it here❤️

This place is second to none! They take great care of kids and make them feel at home. The teachers are all super nice and love on the kids. I wish there were more places like these where one feels am good about dropping your child off.

When I was looking for child care for my daughter. I chose this one for several reasons. The ladies, including the Director Tracy, were all warm and very nice. I especially liked that we could watch her on video inside the classroom on the app. It seems this location has alot of "outside time" which I didn't know the depths of this. With the weather constantly changing and my daughter over having a very congestive cough, I told them I didn't want her outside. That request dodnt ho through. When I mentioned it to the Director Tracy, I was told that she never had a request from a parent about their child staying indoors and that it wasn't XTREME WEATHER! I just decided to change the time I dropped her off. Reeling from that I go home and bk to work and I opened up the app to check on my daughter. This class was out of control!...Children were throwing toys and running all around the room. Hitting each other and the "teacher" was not in sight. Long story short I flew to that school and IMMEDIATELY withdrew my child! These ppl are not conducting themselves and I find ot hard to believe they ate licensed!!!

Miss Palmer is horrible. Do not trust her around your child. She is impatient, rude, and condescending. The whole facility needs to do better.

Do not send your child here if there are three years old. The new teacher they have in the three year old room hates kids. She is rude, and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. My son went from loving to go to daycare everyday to literally crying everytime I try to drop him off. Something is very off about this lady and the office staff doesn’t seem to care.

I will never let my child or anyone I know child go to this facility the teacher are not friendly at all 2 and 3 year old class specifically. The teacher of my 3 yr old was fully aware he was autistic never showed him any type of attention. He wouldn’t keep his shoes on so she decided to tie my baby’s shoes so sooo tight he didn’t want to walk he was in so much pain I watched him on the cameras and asked is he not feeling well she told me it seem like he was in pain. I got there checked him out and soon as he got in the car I realized how tight she tied his shoes. He was crying on the floor while all the other kids were having lunch and she never acknowledged him. As for the 2 year old class the teacher never acknowledged me and would already leave me baby crying that she would get annoyed and make him sit in between a stack of cotts. I told the head of the daycare that I am checking the out and they never called to check on the kids after the fact or apologized. If you want your child to just play all day and not learn anything. This is the place for you.

My daughter is now three and has been attending since she was one. She has developed great social and academic skills thanks to the amazing and caring staff.

Couldn't be happier with this preschool facility. All the teachers that I have seen have always been nice, patient, and understanding with the children, and the director Tracy has shown attentiveness, and is a great listener to our needs. Very Happy. Clean Facility.

Highly recommend. We are informed via Brightwheel app of our daughters daily care (diaper changes, food consumed, etc). Another great perk is being able to login to watchmegrow website and observe our daughter throughout the day. Our daughter is 2 and she loves this place.

It is truly surprising to me to see the few negative reviews I see on here. Everyone has different perspectives and experiences, but my family and I love this school.I had toured about 4 other daycares/preschools in our area before coming to this one, and I had started to consider the possibility of home schooling my son for pre-k. I am thankful I toured this school before throwing in the towel, because sending my son here was the best decision we had made for him at that time. I ended up enrolling him into the pre-k program in August 2020, and he's been going ever since. When I started taking my son, he would scream, cry and beg me not to drop him off, but he desperately needed the social and educational influence that pre-k offers. The teachers were all so patient with him, which I am not afraid to admit, was very difficult to be with my son at that time. Time passed, we continued to drop him off twice a week, and my son absolutely LOVES going to school here. He misses his teachers, Miss Carol and Miss Sheryl over the weekend and excitedly anticipates returning back to school to see them. He asks me if we can invite them over to dinner and how he wants to show them his room and introduce them to his family, and I know this is a sign that he truly loves and trusts them (when he was not the trusting type for a time period). My son now begs to go to school all 5 days of the week, though sadly, it's not something that works for our family at this time. His teachers are amazing, but the school itself is perfect in my eyes as well. My son is scheduled to go to school on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but whenever they have class parties on Friday, they don't mind allowing him to go Thursday and Friday instead for that week so that he is included. They celebrate so much and the crafts the children make here are like nothing I've ever seen. The school has an amazing communication system, especially considering my son has been attending almost the entire time COVID has been happening. I couldn't be more thankful to this school and my son's teachers, Miss Carol and Miss Sheryl, for all that they have done for him and the rest of their students during this time. Their influence on my son has helped in ways that they can't comprehend. He has learned so much not just academically, but also socially, and it has made a huge difference for our family. My only disappointment is that because of COVID, parents are not currently allowed inside the school or classrooms, and because of this, I have never had the opportunity to talk to Miss Sheryl or Miss Carol personally, other than a quick hello. I hope in the future as things open up, I'll get a chance to thank them myself one day.

Facility is dirty, the director didn’t want to give my husband and I a proper tour. Also the tuition is too expensive to not provide lunch. Found a new great daycare for our daughter. Kids were crying in the hallway as well and that’s probably why she didn’t want us to see the rest of the property. Never enrolling here

Previous worker.Reading to the kids at nap time wasn’t allowed. They have places to put lesson plans, but they never have anything on them. There are no lesson plans. There is no interaction or teaching. A teacher cannot correctly teach 8 two year olds, so all they do is overwatch them. The last straw was when both the manager and a coworker claimed that there was no issue with none of their two year olds being verbal. They actually claimed that two year olds shouldn’t be verbal. They clearly aren’t qualified. This is dangerous because they can’t tell a parent when a child is behind in development if they don’t know.In the month I was there, I managed to get a few of the kids to LOVE reading as well as getting a child to start speaking. This clearly shows that they aren’t even trying.Might as well hire a personal babysitter, same qualifications and your child gets all the attention.

Im writing the review on the behalf on the viral on a Instagram post of a 2yr old girl that was attendeding this daycare. When the mother came to pick up her daughter her braid was totally snatch from her scalp (cut) I think. The way the school is handling the issue is completely unlawful. Im a mother and I just want justice for this family.
