This place is great. I sold and shipped some expensive and rare CRT monitors from here and they arrived in pristine condition.Now truth be told I didn't actually hire them, I recommended them to the buyer of the monitors based on a recommendation from a friend.I really liked that they let me hook up the monitors and take pictures of them working when they took possession of them. I wanted the buyer to feel secure about his purchase.Anyways I can give my recommendation. Great job to the team at Craters and freighters!Thank youWG

Craters and Freighters did an awesome job picking up ,shipping,and crating a grandfather clock and nice set of China. They were on time,accurate with quote and very helpful from the front office to the people on the truck!

I live in New York and due to my brother's passing contacted Craters & Freighters to have my brother's personal possessions shipped home. Although this is one of the most difficult times in my life, we were blessed to have Stephanie O'Leary work with us in getting my brothers belongings safely back to New York. Stephanie, was always very professional and helpful in addressing any issues throughout our shipping. Honestly sending back individual boxes vs. palletizing and keeping it all together made a world of difference for the following reasons: it was more cost effective; it ensured we would get everything and that it would also not be destroyed in shipping. I appreciated Stephanie's "proactive offer" of taking photos of our pallets. When I viewed the photos, I was quite impressed how well our order was packed up and protected. Their quality standards are very high and when I shopped around, they were very cost effective and competitive pricing breakpoint to the services they deliver. My company used them many times . They are careless irresponsible movers. They ended up breaking valuable pieces. Irreplaceable pieces. There warehouse is not organized. They don'tCare about customers items. They lost a majorAccount. Run away .

I have used this Craters & Freighters over about 10 years and countless times, the quality of the work is superior to all other professional packing places I have used. I have also used other Craters & Freighters across the country too and this is the best all around in my experience. In all the time I have used them through the years, the current team is fortunately the best of the whole time I have worked with them. The main people handling key aspects have worked for the company a long time, they are easy to work with, and I enjoy talking to them a lot when coordinating things. The owner is also very positive and great to talk to when I have seen him for a bit, he is friendly and passionate about the business which helps me feel confident in who is handling my important sensitive shipments. I get regular compliments from people I have shipped to about how the packaging exceeded what they were expecting. The pricing considering everything as well is also very reasonable. They have also given me better prices when they could and explained things for any increases out of their control related to material costs. Going to less experienced places or doing parts of the professional packing myself has come with far more problems and trade offs. I have had far more regretful experiences trying to save a bit that way where I use this company for almost everything now on my important shipments. I have shipped mostly more valuable and fragile things too where I haven't had to file any claims and any more minor problems were resolved meeting or exceeding my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair price for any important shipment, the quality I feel always will justify the price compared to alternatives. Thank you!

Craters and Freighters made us a beautiful crate for our trade show displays. I was happy it was delivered together with some pallets addedlater. Stephanie coordinated my two PO s to be made and delivered together on time . No easy task with strict dock appointment times at busy trade shows.

Scheduling service was easy and accomplished over the phone. I had a concern about the tracking information stated for my shipment and this company and staff were willing to go the extra mile to find out the cause. I will use them in the future if the need arises.

My company arrived in Las Vegas for a large trade show only to find our crate demolished. I called Craters and Freighters and they made me a crate in record time. It was everything I asked for plus better. Craters and Freighters were easy to work with and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a crate for any reason.

I was so happy when I found this place they are the best and there prices are the best I have seen. The women Rhonda who took care of me was so helpful and nice. This place saved me $200.00 in packing and shipping over UPS. They are Awesome I would recommend them a hundred times over.

I'd give a minus one star if I could - was promised 5-7 day crating and shipping - 18 days later it still hasn't shipped, every call to Rhonda different day promised on shipping, starting to feel something funny is up with this place, BE CAREFUL- all independently own and the Las Vegas location is horrible!

Terrible customer service. Complain about every little thing they have to do and refused to sign documents stating that customs could inspect the crate. Now I have to spend extra money because they are to lazy and un knowledgeable. I have used craters and freighters all over the U.S. This is by far my worst experience. Not to mention they charged me $75 dollars to pick up something 10 min away.

Unbelievable, these people are the best packing place I have ever seen! I had to have something sent to me that was very heavy and fragile.
