Call clear quality auto glass to get a full replacement for my Tacoma after going through their automated system and the system not recognizing me the customer pressing one to be connected for about five minutes of back-and-forth. I finally get through to them just to be placed on hold and not even in a professional manner. So, after being on hold for five minutes to give them my business mind you I decided to hang up , I’m not sure I want to do business with a company that just places me right on hold. If you get a good job with them the first time, count your blessings and don't go back. These bad reviews are real!! I would go into detail but it's just too much for me to try and write out with my brain injury.

Got my windshield replaced here and couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service, great price, and great work. Hopefully I won't need to replace the windshield again but if I do I'm definitely coming back here.

I honestly wouldn't waste your time shopping around. I called five different companies and they gave me the windshield for 289.00 which 39 dollars less than the lowest quote. In addition to that they were able to get me in a few hours after i called them. as soon as i got there they handled my car quickly and the quality of work was done perfectly. The last thing i want to mention other than the nice young man who checked me out but the price was exactly 289.00 when giving him my card. he didn't throw on tax or some crap like other companies. that last part is what made this experience over the top and for me to leave a review.

They broke my rear view mirror and then deliberately hid that fact by putting it back up knowing it was broken. They then refused to ever address the issue, basically telling me tough luck

Minor chip which the insurance covers couldn't even be done properly. You can still see the bubble and line. They state it's normal. All BS

My new car took a hit from a rock kicked up by a truck on the 215. It took a chip out of the window. Clear Quality fit me in that afternoon and in 20 minute assessed the damage and repaired the chip. They were professional, efficient and explained everything they were doing. I would definitely go back for any repair that they have the capability to handle.Service: Window repair

10/10 would recommend!! Clear Quality Auto is legit! I was traveling and got a crack in my windshield. While in Vegas I called them up and got a quote and wow I was impressed with the price that I had to call again and clarify! And to no surprise the price was correct! When I went there I got my windshield replaced and tinted in less than an hour and a half! I was able to get on my way and head back home. Great shop and very fast service.
