We came here to get cigarettes and beer. My 8 years old daughter need it to use the restroom and was locked. When I asked the front desk little guy and told me it was closed for the night and to walk to the golden nugget hotel. He was really rude. We left and didn't buy anything

My mom and I stopped at this location to get some frozen coffee. There were lids missing and one of the flavors wasn't dispensing. I went to the cashier, Margarita and she came over to help. Margarita refilled the lids and let her manager know the machine was not dispensing. Margarita let us know she didn't know how to fix the machine, but her manager would be over shortly to look at it. Not even a minute later, Margarita came over to check on us and offered to scoop out some of the coffee out for us. We were very impressed with her customer service and willingness to help us. We normally don't stop here, but will definitely be back. Thank you Margarita!
