ZERO STARS!!! came to this place the other day and everything is so unprofessional! Don’t do anything to help customers or even try to be nice to customers! Even the managers !!!!! No help and so much attitude. Working in retail is all about customer service and there was nun to be found at this store. Everyone should be fired ! don’t work if u don’t know how to do your job correctly.

Came here last night specifically for their dress sale.Picked out five dresses & one tank top & headed to the register.The woman who rang me up was in her own world.I greeted her but she ignored it & instead kept talking to the other cashier about a previous guest.The other cashier tried to ignore her & actually was working.As she scanned my items she was barely paying attention to the task at hand,so much so,that i had put my phone down to watch her to make sure she didn't double scan anything.She ignored me the entire time.A young woman & her mother came up behind me to pay & my cashier suddenly became very chatty with them asking if they found everything okay & continued to not pay attention & ignore me in favor of speaking to these other customers.I don't usually take things personal,but her actions towards me at that point were clearly deliberate.I shrugged it off after she gave me my receipt & said have a nice day,but as soon as I left the store I took a moment to check my receipt & sure enough,two of the dresses I bought had been rung up at full price.Each was rung up at $20 a piece vs the $15 advertised sale price.So i got ripped off for $10 because a cashier wasn't paying attention.I also couldn't see the prices being rung up on the register in front of me since it only faced the cashier.Otherwise i would have said something right then and there.Been a cashier in the past & while I don't want this person to lose their job,it's absolutely not right to do this.Going back to speak to a manager.Beware of this location.

I came in on 4/1 and checked out at 7:00pm and really thought it was a prank going on at the register between the two cashiers that were sitting there gossiping about stuff that us as customers didn’t need to now that was going on. Then they proceeded to talk about how money is missing from the register or how they was over but the store wasn’t even set to close. I was a assistant manager at Express and when it comes to closing down the cash wrap we did this and when customers weren’t in the store and saved our personal conversations when customers especially kids weren’t in the store.

I went in today Christmas shopping and their pajamas were $15 when I went to the cashier she had glasses and long nails, she rang them up as full price, I told her “aren’t they 15?” And she told me “yes with it being 15 it comes out as $21” there is no way that it was almost $5 of taxes when I checked my receipt she clearly charged me full price. So she lied basically lmao ?

A lot of variety of products, you can find practically any type of clothing.
The service is not the best, but the prices sometimes have good offers and it is fine.

We went today, May 26 at approximately 7pm, and the cashier was talking on the phone on his cell phone, they don't even say hello, they serve so lazily that they don't even charge well, I asked the other cashier who was there for help, and she didn't feel like it either. After working, he barely moved from his place. They are rude and serve with tremendous laziness.

prices are hard to beat. But two employees were working and yes i get the store is a mess because it's an outlet store. Very rude employee that helped me at the register. i always take pictures of signage and product when i get ringed up just in case i was wrong with pricing. but anyways i asked about a certain denim that was on the rack that says 12.99 and i doubled checked other areas that had other signage they were different. What bothered me was that she said it rang up as $20. I get it, but as a employee of retail also, if there is sign there and there is same multiple items that are right by the signage and it's not supposed to be there it's our fault(employee) so we honor it for that matter and take it down after apologizing for the wrong signage. Nope the lady was like like "it rang up as $20 did you want it or not " and i'm like i'll still get it but your sign wasn't making sense so i asked about the return exchange policy. No cash back just store credit within 14 days
