I had a great experience purchasing sunglasses here and the lady was super understanding when I asked to wipe some of the sunglasses that had other peoples body oils on them before I put them on my face. Will be back

Stopped by yesterday to pick up a hat and was assisted by Chris, he was knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely be back to get more from him. Great selection, spacious and perfect location in the Wynn.

Hung out here for about an hour! Had a great time hanging out with Chris (deserves a promotion)! Service was fantastic and I left with a purchase from my rep back at home based on his recommendations!Keep it up!

I'm tremendously disappointed. My mom wanted to buy a purse here as a gift for her job promotion and name change to Celine. We were not once greeted but when we entered the store, I heard a female sales associate yelled, "Chris over there." I was like ?????? Exceptionally rude and condescending. No one offered to help us as we were eyeing purses, so we just left. But it's okay because we ended up splurging on Chanel where the staff welcomed us with so much warmth.

We stayed a few days at the Wynn for the basketball summer league.I was also looking to buy a cross body bag. Visited this Celine store at the Wynn on Monday the 10th of July 2023 around 3pm. I approached the bag that I might want to buy, picked it up and wanted to look inside, but the sales associate, she was Asian, I don't know her name. She came and took it from me, she opened the bag. I asked if there’s anything similar but a little lighter? She then proceeded and showed me a different bag. As I tried to open the clasp to look inside, again she took it from my hand and said be careful with a raised voice. She was extremely rude, how I'm I supposed to buy a bag when I can’t even operate and inspect what I'm buying? She probably didn't think we could afford to buy a bag from there. She then asked me are they with you? She was referring to my husband and his brother. It was irrelevant ! We got out of there and left. I will never buy anything from this location.

horrible experience. first of all when i went into the store no one greeted us. two sales were busy helping other guests, very understandable. the other two sales people looked very friendly btw. But, i want to talk about this sales person particular. there was this chinese sales lady standing right next to us, and just standing there looking at her phone the whole time. I already wanted to buy something so i had to approach this sales person myself. I’m also an chinese speaker so i thought she could help me. However, shes given me and my husband the coldest attitude. Not even one smile on her face. Given us the look (u buy it or juz leave it) i don’t care. We had to buy this display item, and she never offered or wanting to look for a new one for us at another location. Another point is she probably didnt know i could speak english, she just careless about her service. We then had to again ask her if we could use union pay. she understood what union pay was. but she again given us an very cold attitude kept on asking us “ so is it credit card?” . asking us three times “so r u paying credit card or not?”. I just want to say we are clients and not the other way around. We shouldnt be the one suking up to the salesperson just to buy luxury brand. I understand you are a higher brand,but in the end its just an item. Moreover, as a tourists location I really don’t think a sales person should be this unprofessional, especially to people of their own color. I’m from Vancouver and when i shop at celine atleast the salespeople are friendly.

I went to this location as I love my Celine handbags. I was helped by Greg who is the store manager, what a fresh air to speak to him on the Celine's handbags. He is so knowledgeable and professional. If you are in Las Vegas, please visit his store located at the Wynn Hotel.

All of the associates were very knowledgeable and communicated well with me and their coworkers to make sure my bag was exactly what I needed. They pick up the phone quickly, answer texts, and got back to me whenever I had questions or inquired about bags. David helped me repair a bag that I have overused and it makes me glad that I invested in a brand that is the epitome of great customer service!
