I would give them zero stars if it was a option! I bought. 2013 ford fusion hybrid from this dealership the only sales man Edgar told me he had driven the car it was in great shape. I asked him when the car was loud for a hybrid and he told me they are all like that. The first week I had the check engine light come on for over heating and they replaced the sensor and coke to find out the baring in the transmission is bad so every time my hybrid battery goes to charge it sounds like the car is going to blow up. I was given a 60 day warranty and called Edgar to tell him something was wrong with the car. He told me not to go thru the warranty that the owner said he will take care of it and take it to there transmission shop. He scheduled three appointments and canceled all three appointments. Then told me that the owner now said he doesn't want to fix it and that he was still going to schedule to fix it. Long story short when I told him he has not put me in a hole and now I'm out of pocket 4500$ that I was crazy and blocked me. I also know of three other people who bought cars from them and they all have major issues! I would never trust anything that comes from the mouth of Edgar or this business.

Don't go to cars direct. They will sell you a car with lots of problems. They are a bunch of crooks. They need to shut there doors for selling cars that done work. Just make a complaint to the DMV so they can investigate.

This company is the worst place I've ever bought a used car from. I was sold a car that the transmission was bad in. Within 5 weeks of getting the car it was no longer drivable. When I attempted to call the company to let them know what was going on they hung up on me multiple times it wasn't until I called from a different phone number I was able to get a hold of them. They offered to fix the issues for an additional $2k... not sure why I would pay for an issue they obviously should have fixed before they sold the car... not sure what kind of company is ok with selling cars to customers with dangerous issues.

I had a big repair with the car. Cost around $3200 to pressure check and replace leaking coolant system, who knows if anybody has ever taken care of this car before??"my thoughts as i'm fixing"normal problems.....i would do a more thorough inspection next time. I inspected the first car i test drove on the lot, but i forgot to do the same with the one i ended up buying :(Friendly, nice sales people. my kind of people.

Decent experience, quick process. What can I say, it's a used car lot. They have some nice cars at an affordable price. Make sure you have a mechanic take a look at any car before buying because there are no lemon las in the state of Nevada so once you hand over your money, that's it. I had my car for about 6 months now and I promise you, the minute I became the new owner is when I started experiencing one thing after another going wrong with the car. Good thing they are only minor details but when you drive foreign it's going to cost no matter what! For this, I give them 3 1/2 stars!

Has this company ever heard of Customer Service? You'd think with such poor Yelp ratings they'd try to change but it doesn't seem like it. I applied for financing to purchase one of their used cars. Next morning I called and was told the person I needed to talk to was not in yet and they would call me back. Late afternoon I called again and was told "give me 15-20 minutes and I'll call you back." Of course, no call back. WTF. If they didn't want me as a customer, grow some balls and sat so.

I just bought my first car. Matt and Edgar are amazing. I picked out my car, however my credit was non-existent. Matt pointed in the direction to go and I drove my home 3 days later. ???

Great people and selection of cars. With bad credit and bad driving record they were able to help me get the vehicle. Very helpful if something is wrong with the car. They have a mechanic here that you can bring the car back to if something happens and won’t charge an arm and leg to fix it. 10/10 recommend them!
