I really have absolutely nothing against the owner or business itself my rating is for the white man than works this location about mid 40s. Yesterday I got there around 830am because the day before I went to the shop on lake Mead and the Lady, who was excellent ?? btw told me they would have what I was looking for at the other location. Long story short he has to have been smoking meth he was over an hour late then that dude I bought the 5 shorties pre 20$rolled by the time I realized he kept one my ride was already there then I paid for two blks which were 1.29$ and he over charged me for 4 two of which I never got. Tip don't hire anyone who don't complete the drug abuse program.

I've been in several "smoke shops" all over Vegas, and many were Carlito's way . I have to say most all "smoke shops" I've been in like 90 % at tne very least more like 95% they are rude and / or overpriced. However, this Carlito's way is hands down the best I've been to anywhere ! The owner is super nice, and the staff are well. This store is stuffed with the biggest selection of "stuff" in Vegas!

I went in yesterday to pick up a new disposable vape, and had the best customer service. I believe she said her name was Lena, and she is the absolute best. She was able to answer all of my questions on the different brands, and gave me a great recommendation which I ended up buying. Thanks again Lena!

The older man named Carlos skips me every time I come in and helps a customer behind me for the last 3 visits. Today I walked out before I was helped. Terrible service and won’t be back.

Go in to look at new pieces to smoke out of. Good luck trying to see it. They won't let you hold it, inspect it... nothing. Instant bad review.

This was a great place untill I started to get ripped off by the casher in the evening. He shorted me my change multiple times, very rude when cashing people out, and rushs people looking at glass ware. I seen him kick an old lady out for confronting him today for being shorted her change...He's a Mexican looking guy with a puffy pony tail. Will not shop here again...
