Came with my aunt for their 2 for 1 Groupon special, they honored the price of the dental cleaning with free bloodwork, only thing you have to pay for is anesthesia and any extras they might have to do for your pet such as extractions exc… luckily my baby didn’t need it since I brush her teeth often. This is the best deal I could find!! Everyone else wanted to charge $600 and up!! Luckily I paid $228 with anesthesia and bloodwork, my aunt with a 50 pound dog paid $328 . Definitely will come back again, everyone was super nice and friendly, especially our technician Alma, she was very helpful and informative, she spoke Spanish and English. This is definitely a great place to go for your furry friends!

I would like to leave no stars but in order to review you have to put some stars. This place is a huge scam and the Groupon is bullshit. They try to tax on 500$ extra and then when you don’t have it and just want the Groupon services you paid for the deny you and then you can’t even get the money back from Groupon. The 50$ they take over the phone they take for a bs exam fee and you get only 13$ back. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back there or refer anyone to this place. Only good thing was it looks better inside than the outside does. I truly believe they know they gonna set you up to get your money taken acting as if they don’t get the Groupon amount you already paid. Absolutely horrible and highly not honest place

I was a bit hesitant to use the Groupon for the dental cleaning service based on some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I went through with it anyway. All the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. They were extremely transparent with pricing and were not pushy at all. I ended up opting out of the full panel bloodwork but did agree to medication for his anxiety. Yes, they did ask for a $50 deposit for the appointment but that was later used as credit for his medication. The process took a few hours, and my boy now has sparkling white teeth!

We have been bringing our fur babies here for over 12 years. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They really care about you and your fur babies and treat you like family at every visit. Dr. Martinez gives you his undivided attention and makes sure to answer all your questions so that you are comfortable with understanding your fur baby's care. We love this place so much that even though we have moved about 2 hrs away, we still bring our babies here for all their Healthcare needs. Thank you Caring Hands!

20 yrs ago when I moved to LV finding a good vet was my biggest concern. I was blessed to meet Dr. Martinez. He has taken care of all of our adopted pets. Because of his excellent care I have been given much more time with our beloved fur babies. That is priceless. Dr. Martinez means the world to me. Both him and his staff are very caring. Our pets have had health issues and it is so calming to know they are getting the best possible care. Dr. Martinez is an amazing surgeon. The prices are very reasonable. You are always told what it costs for each thing you are getting done. Dr. Martinez listens to you and he always explains his diagnosis and test results.

Every dog I have had here in Las Vegas has had Dr Martinez as their Vet, over 20yrs now. Nothing to say but great things about this Vet. Love his staff and family as well. Have always been able to have a discussion about any problem my pet has and never been let down by his staff or the Vet himself. Don't get the negative reviews where it seems like Doc seems uncaring. He's never been that way to me and in all these years I have never seen him treat anyone or any pet with nothing but the utmost concern and care.

The service was great, the teeth cleaning and nail trimming was great, the deal the have going on through Groupon is not so great, even after you pay for your coupon, once you try and set up the appointment they want a deposit then once you get there they go over all the things they recommend, they say certain things you HAVE to purchase because of the dogs age, I was supposed to only spend $270 with the Groupon, by the time I left their office I was out an additional $250, so all in all the Groupon is a scam to get you to take your pet because they’ll still get more money out of you. Again the service was great but they shouldn’t lure customers like that and then get them to pay more once you’re actually there

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a Groupon for this place and they would not honor any part of the package because we didn’t want to extract all these teeth they suggested and then when we asked for the bare minimum which was to clip his nails at least (which is included as part of the package) they said no we had to pay extra for that! Complete scam I would never go to this place again even if you paid me. They clearly do not want to help animals at all and are purely another business out for your money.

Took my 2 year old boxer here and the vet tech was amazing! The vet sucked. He would hardly touch her. It was like he was discusted with dogs or at least mine. My dog was uncomfortable with him.
I knew she had some cysts and that something was wrong with her foot. He tells me he can't do anything anything about the small cysts and the big one isn't a cyst it's just blood pooling. And that her foot was just irritated.
I didn't agree so I took her another vet to find out the 2 small cysts can be removed and the big one WAS a cyst and was easily removed. And her foot had an infection and needed to be treated with antibiotics.
So I paid almost $300 for false and not investigated results and had to pay an additional $500 at my good vet. Very disappointed in this vet!
