I've been to this specific location multiple times and own several products. And the service has been amazing.This time I visited this place to browse my husband's christmas gift. And the female African American (?) SA at the entrance gave me such an attitude even before we entered the store. It was not acceptable customer service when you are expected to easily spend over a thousand dollar for a product. All the other SAs in the store were super nice as usual but her attitude just ruined my entire day and I just couldn't stay any longer in the store.

Store product is great, but employee need some training to learn how to properly service customer, we are here to shop to spend money not to enjoy your attitude

Went in for some coats and I cannot tell you how outstanding the sales associates were! Everybody went above and beyond! It was so refreshing to see people who actually care about customer service and work with a smile. Samantha was especially helpful and knowledgeable! I will be going back for any cold weather needs. A major plus is "The Cold Room!" You must go in! Whoever came up with is a genius!

No price difference from Chicago, but still great quality and impeccable service. The one difference is the "cold room". If you are brave enough to step inside the small room where there is snow, ice sculptures and the COLDEST air ever. See how long you can stay inside. The purpose is to try on your jacket or coat to see what temperatures it can withstand.

A mid-size store in the new shopping arcade of the Wynn. The store staff is very knowledge of their products and helpful in selecting the appropriate outfit. The store has a “snow room” for trying out coats - very helpful. Also, the products are labeled for “coldness” ratings - again, helpful for selecting the appropriate outfit for the weather condition.

We had a great experience at this location! Our salesperson Samantha was very nice, polite and patient. She listened to our wants and needs and made us feel good about our purchase. I highly recommend shopping here!
