They have “new, open box” appliances at a discount, the same thing Best Buy does. I bought a Bosch 800 in stainless steel black at a discount. They had quite a few high-end brands like Thermador and Viking. Alma was nice and helpful. The guys came who came to install were friendly and took my old Whirlpool (which was older and LOUD, but still worked). They made sure it worked before leaving. I was able to register it with Bosch for their 1 year warranty. A great transaction!

Shady warehouse. Everything is open box, nothing new. The discount from new is minimal (10%). No warranty and no installation offered. No refunds also. Buy new at the big box stores for a warranty and installation or buy at American Freight (Sears) for a better used quality appliance. I Bought a GE microwave in July 22' and magnetron went out in Oct. 22'. Do not buy here.

We were going to go to a big retailer for our Washing Machine but did not have the energy and decided to come here and it was a great simple no pressurehusband and wife experience.He delivered and installed the washer the next day and removed the old oneNo fanfare, very very pleasant.All our appliance's will from now on be from here

I was looking for a used cheap refrigerator for my garage. This place specializes in scratch and dent and open box liquidation, so they didn't have what I was looking for. However I was told that one of the workers had a friend with exactly what I wanted. Problemo Solvedo!

We are renovating a house and want to get the most for our $$$. We discovered this special family owned business quite by accident and it is a treasure!Alma and Emilio are hard working and wonderful to do business with. I have purchased an LG double wall oven, high end GE profile dishwasher and an LG 30" gas cooktop all in stainless steel, perfect condition and saved hundreds of dollars over any other vendor. Emilio and Rigo do the installation for a modest amount depending on the appliance. Soooo , if you have enough confidence to Spence when you are getting a great deal without a well known chain store name, you may find just what you need here at a great savings. And was The Rolling Stones said, "You can't always get what you want, ... but you just might get what you need!"

wow I was really surprised when I went into appliances for less today the guys working there the owner awesome people and great great prices take my advice if you want to save money and get treated well go there. My battery died in my car and they were more than helpful with me to get me on the road that doesn't happen much in Las Vegas guys thanks a lot enjoy your day enjoy your weekend lots a good energy

Happy I found this place again. Used them few years ago and I got the same fast, friendly service my recent 2nd time. Both times I was able to say what I needed over phone and was sent pictures to pick what's available and delivery both times fast same day and professional install. If you need a in style appliance at a good price this is your place. I definitely recommend them. I'll repeat them a 3rd and 4th time whenever.... if I need again. There friendly people. Treat them good, they'll treat you the same. Yes there reputable and I do not talk highly about many places.

Is saw ad on offer up for kitchenaid trash compactor, it says it's New and they advertise manufacturers warranty so I went down to the warehouse. Had 2 in stock, I was told NO manufacturers warranty and the items were scratch & dent. One item had a broken foot pedal and the other item, the tracks must have been bent cause you couldn't even open the door. Total waste of time, I also planned on getting a dishwasher but definitely wouldn't buy from here.

Emilio is great!!Our appliances were acting up a bit and so we called this company to see what's wrong. Emilio came out with in a day to check the appliances and reset everything. He also thoroughly checked the electric panels and told us to replace a set of breakers. Even gave us a good electrician recommendation. Appreciate the speedy response and the service after purchase!
