This Burlington is terrible always a long line and they move slow, I was in line for 45 mins. This place is Always busy seem like people on this side of town do nothing but shop. Do yourself a favor and drive across town.

one of the staff members was incredibly rude to my dad. we were shopping around and my dad needed to use the restroom. instead of kindly saying they were closed, the associate told my dad that he was wasting her time opening the restroom. I have never seen an employee be rude to a customer for simply asking a question. what a lack of customer service and how unprofessional behavior. she then proceeded to tell another associate about the situation right in front of us. not okay. never coming back here again. ?

Sadly this store is beginning to look like a "thrift store"-- no produxt, inferior product, store unorganized; store unsanitary:INFERIOR PRODUCT, INFERIOR INFERIOR; staff shortage.... used to be my go too store......now... its at the bottom of my list.. The only good pont is the store hours- gr8.
