My family and I had a fantastic time at build a bear today, my son just turned three and we wanted to do the pay your age bear. There was some issue with our coupons and the birthday bundles, but through it all Devin the manager was amazing making sure we where taken care of. I must say from the jump though Diana was truly friendly and welcoming, Jess was wonderful and patient with my son, and Jada was honestly the best person to be working with kids while my son was waiting for his bear she took him to the stuffing machine and showed him how to fill the machine and he got such a kick out of it! Such a great experience thank you everyone that helped us today!

Dawn was wonderful! She was great with my son while stuffing his new teddy bear and made sure my son and I were happy with how the teddy bear was stuffed. You are amazing Dawn, thank you!

It was great I was very happy and excited when I got back to my hotel. I came almost 10 minutes before closing time and they still let us in. We were able to get a lot of stuff and they stuffed it even if the store was supposed to be closed.

Took my bride in to get her a custom build-a-bear. Madison helped us. She was exceptionally sweet and nice. Customers of all ages should appreciate the care she gave us and our custom creation.

This location continuously has the worst customer service. All employees with the exception of a few have the ugliest and most bitter attitudes. The managers/those in charge always bark at customers and give the most passive aggressive responses to any inquiries made by customers. Its understandable that they are probably underpaid but this type of attitude is so gross especially in a kid's store.

I went recently and worked with Madison and Greyson. They were both so nice!!! Madison was so sweet at the chose me station, introduced herself, explained the process, and let us hold the new bearlieve bear! Greyson helped us pick a bear and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about which bears we’d like. He also gave us a memorable and fun heart ceremony! It was fun for me and my sister to just have fun even as adults and I’m really grateful for our experience!
